Cars all come with generic description on all cars they sell. Went there and quizzed the staff at Aylesbury Street Motors about the extras the car does not have and they told me you could have all things retrofitted at a cheap price. Clearly not. Sell cars based on their rented shopfront.

This was the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been too and I have been to many. The salesman who helped if you can call it that was rude and ignorant. He wasn't interested in my questions and said he would only allow a test drive once I had confirmed I wanted the car. The place is a joke. They offer a measly 28 day warranty and I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them! The guy called billy was very rude his people skills are shocking. He showed me a car he described as spotless inside and out. The car was covered in animal hair and the outside was scratched to which I showed him his come back was oh it must have just happened. Yes the cars they stock generally look good on the website bit when you get there they aren't interested or they deal funny way. As soon as I got there he had a car in mind for me even after I explained I wasn't after a car with such high road tax. This guys manner was obnoxious and extremely rude. Funny thing is I was in the market for two cars but they weren't interested. I would avoid this place like the plague!! Totally time wasters. I'm amazed how they got 5star rating from Auto trader website. I think it was all made up. Useless.

First of all, whoever you ask a question to, none of them knows who is who and ultimately who is the boss. They all pass it on and seem to be confused as to who knows what. Bad people skills, I was sold a car that they said was not roadworthy, little did they check that it actually had an mot until 2017. If you call and ask them any questions they always say the man you need to talk to is not in. Hence you never get a call back. The cars are not what they make out to be. Be wary if you dare go to even try to buy a car there.. not recommended..

Stay away from ASM Performance worse dealer. I saw Range Rover on auto trader and called the dealer to get quote for part exchange I was promised to pay less than 11k as So went today all the way from south London all excited to get my new ride. The guy that calls himself BILLY called me about FOUR times to check where I was and was harassing me to get there quick, as I reached there after 3 hours journey, he showed me the Range Rover that was dirty, had dents and scratches on the alloys unlike the photoshopped images, he then increased the price to £11800 after further negotiatations I got him down to £11500 AA he clearly offered me to pay lesss than 11k over the phone, then he quoted me DOUBLE on the AA warranty and told me it's half price £980 for 12months!!! Wow anyway so regardless of all that I accepted the offer and went to empty my current car ready for exchange as I came back with all my bags ready BILLY the sales guy said sorry madam I have a bad news my boss just called and said you need to pay £250 more as we have another buyer coming tomorrow that is offering to pay more !!! Seriously !! I took my stuff and told him that on this unprofessional behaviour trying to get more money out of me just because he might think I came this was and he can play this cheap game I probably would still pay, I told them that wouldn't even buy it for half price from these cons. Pleas stay away as tbe management is responsible for this for putting people like Billy who clearly are not called billy as he is an Indian chap and didn't want to give his real name prefers to be called billy but should have been called a bully needs to be sacked immediately. Stay far far far away from Aylesbury Street Motors.

I brought a Lamborghini in may15 for a cash around 70 k deal no finance required I put the can in a family friend v5 reg keeper As a down turn in a relationship but I'm the legal owner once this was all sorted I requested this to be transferred back to my name the worman in person delayed me then after calling she then said if I call any more she would get me done for harassment. There for now knowing she returned my car to Asm with only the v5 and sold it back to them with them knowing full well I paid in full for this car illegal as you like and fraud has been committed, I can't believe I did not read the reviews before those guys up there only Interested in making money.

I'd popped into ASM, without the intention to buy a car. I only wanted to look at a couple I'd seen advertised. I was left to my own devices for a little while, which was fine as I didn't want to be hounded as soon as I entered. The chap I spoke to was polite and laid out a few options for cars, given my circumstances. Ok, so a few hours later, I'm filling in paperwork for a car and trading my own car in. I'd obtained my settlement figure and was told ASM would handle the settlement side of things and I could drive my new car away today. GREAT! Fortunately for me the car has no faults. I say fortunately because it seems that ever review I have read, seems to mention some type of fault with their cars. However, subsequently, I'd found out that the car was mis-advertised. Luckily for me, I wascablevto track the previous owner down through Audi forums, some 48 hours after purchasing the car. He confirmed the work done to it, different to what I was told by ASM. Meh, I can get over that... It's the next few weeks which was an utter disappointment and my regard for ASM's manner of handling their post sale. My previous finance company advised me that ASM hadn't sent the settlement cheque, so I spoke to ASM and in a nutshell I was lied to... They'd told me they had. So back on phone to my previous finance company to give them some reassurance. A week later, "oh hi finance company, you got the cheque yet? Oh what's that? You haven't, ok I'll chase ASM up again" Back on the phone to ASM and again, told it'll be done first thing on Monday... Ok, it's been 2 weeks since I gave them my old car and took my new one. Benefit of the doubt given, again. Week 3 "oh hi finance company, any cheque received? What's that? No cheque received? You're taking the schmichael!" Back to ASM. Their response, oh yeah we've definitely sent it. By this point I had the feeling that a cheque would be sent in this occasion, some three weeks later. Come week five now... I receive a letter from my previous finance company, enclosed, one post dated cheque. I mean, I'm looking at a cheque that's dated 5 days ahead of the date I received it... Furthermore, dated 4 weeks post sale date! What are you playing at ASM? Am I missing something? Is this s tax dodge? Is this above board? Not only was the date miles off but the back of the cheque had details of my previous car for my finance company to cross reference. All would have been good, IF THE CAR REGISTRATION WAS CORRECT. was this another ploy to buy time? I can't believe that this was done in error, especially having read all the other reviews now. I contacted ASM again, this time they told me its s safety precaution... I know when I'm being fed bullsh**. Fine, whatever. It's not my car anymore. Ok, we'll reissue the cheque. I am still to hear good news from my previous finance company, regarding the settlement figure being cleared. I feel as though ASM are trying to get out of paying the settlement figure I have them on the date of sale. FURTHERMORE, today I received my new V5, on the front page we have "date new vehicle aquired". The date next to this was the date I received the post. I purchased the car on the 10th September 2016, why is this document telling me I aquired this car on the 15th October 2016? Is someone trying to pull a fast one? Am I seriously being mugged off? Do I need a solicitor to have a lol at this? What the hell!!!! Bottom line is this. If you ask me for a one word answe to the follow questions: Would I recommend ASM performance? NO Would I go back to ASM? NO Do I trust their motors? NO Albeit that their cars are pretty... Even supermodels give their partners a high level of headache. Please be careful. Take a mechanic. Take a car boff. Do not get muddled by the sales talk. That is all I'm waiting to hear from my previous finance

Please please please buyer beware of this dealers ASM performance cars in bleachley. I see they was advertising a Range Rover sport 2.7 hse (FH05 CLX) on the auto trader so rang the dealers to view it. So went to see and took the car for a 10 min test drive it seemed OK bearing in mind that I'm no mechanic. Left a deposit and went back a couple days later to buy it. After driving it home there was a shuddering feeling at 30-35 mph. as I didn't buy this car for every day use it Took me a few drives to notice it's not me or the way I drive. So I took to the internet to see if anyone else had this problem and to my horror what with others having the same problem turned out to be the torque converter in the gearbox. So I called ASM cars to let them know and they started to say well you don't have warranty so it's your bad trying to fob me off (which when asking to purchase warranty they said the car was to old for our warranty) so I got the car diagnosed at a specialist gearbox which they said I have to do at cost to me so I did and the specialist said "yep it's definitely the torque converter and the diagnostics machine is telling me that it slips in 5th gear" so a re-con gearbox is needed. All in all around £2000-£3000. I think they knew the car was faulty when they sold it to me saying it was a quick p/x with someone else??? To cut a long story short I did get a refund after near on 3 months less £1000 that I paid for it. They know have the car up for sale on auto trader again after a few days of leaving it with them selling it as it is without mentioning that its faults with a gearbox problem and mentioning sold as seen knowing they know what's wrong with it. Don't trust these people unless you want to lose you hard earned cash stay away please don't let the high performance cars fool you as you walk in there probably just shells from a older car????
