My car was in today due to stop/start system fault. Laura McNaughton (Service Department) was who I dealt with kept me updated with all that was happening with the car. Excellent service from Laura and Audi Ayr again!

The salesman PM pestered me all day we eventually agreed a price at 18:20 at night he told me he would get back to me the next day and arrange deposit. You guessed he never phoned me I had to phone the garage the next day at 13:30 and was told I was going to phone you someone had done an online deal and held the car at full price 36,000 pounds if you believe that you would believe anything. They are liars if you ask me they had no intention of phoning me back they wasted my complete day. My advise is to give them a wide berth untrustworthy charlatans.
