2 weeks ago I bought an auto from this seller. The seller assured that the car was made service 6 weeks ago and was all listed. I asked about the gearbox dsg ilu is running responded that it has 7 after checking it has 6 also asked about oil in the gearbox and got the answer it is listed but there are no receipts for it. I also asked about the oil in the engine which should be replaced and not the timing belt the same. Everything I had to do alone and spent over £ 600. I contacted him and said he would send me an invoice for these repairs. It has been 2 weeks since I received nothing. I hope that although I helped a little while selecting the seller. generally not recommended

bought an audi a3 from here 3 weeks later ecu light comes on take it back to seller and says there is nothing wrong with it that we should take out a further warranty at £25 per month, so took to warranty garage where they says was coil pack which cost us £260 to fix problem occured 3 weeks later again said coil pack again and supposedly changed again well as soon as leaving garage same problem occurs cars shuddering like mad took it to our own garage for a 2nd opinion and misfire in cylinder 1and oil on the spark plugs in which they changed and said would also need further investigation in which the engine would need stripped down to find the problem said we would be lucky to get a few months out the car to take it back,and yes our own garage where right the car is parked up unsafe to drive with 6 engine faults 1 brake and 1 clutch still fighting with the finance company and been to trading standards, avoid this seller, avoid at all costs

purchased a car from Baileston cars sales a week ago, and it was a pleasure to meet a man who was an an all round gentleman, unlike most sales people no hard sales talk, and good to do business with.

im very happy with my car i got from this man i bought a lovely silver suzuki liana 5dr and he couldnt ve been any nicer and genuine.overall ive no complaints just happy and e njoying my car.

Phoned on the Saturday to enquire about a car on their website was told it would be in on Monday and to call back at lunchtime. Advised I was coming up from dunoon and was told I would be first to view and to call on Monday lunchtime to check car had arrived. Did this and was told it was arriving in half an hour and it was fine for me to come up at five to view. Travelled all the way to glasgow from dunoon and then phoned to tell him I was on my way at which point he told me he has already sold the car. So wasted hours of my time and the money to travel up all for nothing. Very unprofessional but then he's selling cars out his front garden so hardly surprising. Would advise anyone thinking about buying a car to stick to proper car dealers and avoid this del boy at all costs. Outrageous behaviour
