I always pop in to see the stock at Balham as they're only over the road from my gym. They have always had a nice range of stock really so I thought I would give them a go. The Polo has been brilliant to be fair, got a service booked in for it to have a few very minor things fixed, but nothing to groan about. Charlie was the lad who helped me and he was really easy to talk to and overall a great salesman. I highly recommend.

John was really kind and nice. He showed me two cars that I was interested in and appreciated the fact that I had a decision to make. He put no pressure on me and allowed me as much time as I needed to make the correct decision for me. I would definitely consider re-visiting a place so comfortable.

Balham isn't local for me but my aunt lives close. When visiting her, the stock caught my eye as I could see a fair few well priced vehicles on their forecourt. Low and behold, i purchased an Audi from them whilst experiencing fantastic customer service. Really professional and smooth. I highly recommend.
