I am absolutely over the moon with my Vauxhall Mokka from Balham Cars London. This was my first time buying a car on finance, but Charlie was helpful and his knowledge made it easy for me to relax and put my trust in him.

My daughter had an Audi Q3 and she absolutely loved it. She always said how nice it was to drive and really reliable, so when I was looking for a new car for myself, I decided to have a look at them. I found one at Balham Cars London and when I went to have a look at it in the flesh, I was pleased to see that it was exactly as described! The staff at the dealership were great and I would definitely recommend them.

I was looking to upgrade my car and came across a Nissan Qashqai online. I think it caught my eye as the colour was stunning and the price seemed really competitive. Since getting the car it's been spot-on and to top it off, it even lowered my insurance costs which was a nice surprise.

Saw the exact car I wanted at the right price online. I couldn’t visit the garage for a few days so paid a deposit to reserve it. It was exactly as described so I paid and drove it home (all the way back to the West Sussex coast!) Great service!

The service I received from John was top-notch, and he even stayed later than originally planned, which I really appreciated. His flexibility and willingness to accommodate me made the whole experience effortless. I was already happy with the car, so I didn’t feel the need for a test drive. That said, John did ask if it was my first time driving an automatic, which was a nice touch and showed he truly cares about his customers.

Balham Cars and Charlie deserve top marks. I was more than pleased with the service, and everything is going well with my VW Polo, so I cannot really ask for more than that.

My experience with John during the purchase of my Ford S-Max was pretty much faultless. He went above and beyond, taking the time to thoroughly explain every detail and walk me through all the paperwork, ensuring I felt completely informed and confident. I’m absolutely delighted with both the service I received from John and my Ford S-Max. The only reason I’ve given Balham Cars London a 4 out of 5 is because, as we all know, perfection is hard to achieve, though this dealership certainly came very close.
