Very thorough, friendly and helpful. Onder gave me space to view the cars independently but was also on hand to answer any questions I had without being pushy. The atmosphere in the dealership is relaxed and welcoming, and I would definitely come back to buy a car here. Completely different to all the other car sales companies out there at the moment.

My BMW is in good working order. John was incredibly accommodating to me. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was almost closing time, but John was still willing to go over everything with me, let me test drive the car, and make sure I was completely satisfied before driving away in my new vehicle.

I can't recommend Charlie and Balham Cars enough! I’m giving them 5 stars across the board. Finding a decent second-hand car for under £10,000 can be surprisingly tough, but this dealership specialises in just that. I've been spreading the word to everyone! Charlie was absolutely fantastic; his communication and knowledge made everything so easy and stress-free. I felt informed and confident in my choices thanks to his support. If you’re in the market for a great used car, definitely check them out!

Onder was fantastic; he was very nice, polite, and easy to get along with. He let me take the Ford Focus for a test drive, and I was pleased with how it handled and felt. The handover went smoothly; the car was exactly as described in the advertisement, and they took great care in valeting it.
