We've only got positive things to say about Balham Cars London. We bought a lovely little Audi A1 last month and absolutely love it - It's such good fun! Charlie was the gentleman that assisted us through the purchase and he really looked after us. We'd go so far as to say he was brilliant actually.

My Golf's been great so far with no hidden horrors I’ve already messaged Onder to say thanks, but I also wanted to leave some positive feedback here.
I honestly can’t fault Balham Cars in London. I found their advert online and made my enquiries. Since I’m based in West Sussex the team kindly sent me detailed videos of the car, highlighting any imperfections. They were completely transparent which gave me confidence to make the journey up to see them one Saturday. Onder took me on a lengthy test drive and walked me through everything in detail. I decided to go ahead with the purchase and planned to collect the car the following Saturday after it had a fresh MOT. To my surprise, the team called me and offered free delivery straight to my driveway. By the time I got home on Friday, the car was already there, ready and waiting! Five-star service without a doubt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything's great with my Vauxhall Insignia. I can't recall the name of the chap who helped me at Balham Cars, but he was very helpful and dealt with all the paperwork side of things for me.

Saying I’m absolutely chuffed with the Audi A5 I bought from Charlie at Balham would be an understatement! I was smitten the moment I saw it. After taking it on a few decent drives, I can confidently say it’s an incredible car—practically flawless in condition and an absolute dream to drive.
