John was very helpful and we always felt well looked after. He was able to advise us and the extended warranty provides good peace of mind.

We were looked after really well. The Peugeot 2008 was the best all-round car for our family and the Irish gentleman who looked after us was happy to get it out of the second car park so that we could have a good look. He went through every aspect of the car with us and was equally meticulous when it came to the paperwork. What really stood out was that they engaged us in general conversation and I never felt like "just another customer". When we got the car home we noticed that the service light hadn't been reset but they were more than happy to book us in at a time convenient to us to get that sorted.

I'm very happy with my Nissan, and all the staff at this dealership were ever-so-friendly. I have no qualms whatsoever about the service during or after the purchase of my new car.

This was my first purchase from Balham and my first Mercedes-Benz but I have to say that I'm happy with everything. Onder did a great job in looking after me and the A180 drives well.
