AVOID - Terribly poor - Sold a brand new es demo car with only 10miles on the clock. However the driver scuff plate was not fitted properly, the rear boot scuff film was not fitted at all, the centre console panel was severely scuffed, the car was not valeted, the supra guard was not applied properly all over, both the driver and passenger doors had been sanded back to take out scratches but not buffed/polished back up and despite raising all these issues with the sales person Neil and with management NO RESPONSE. Now waiting for the motor ombudsman to assign a case worker to get this all dealt with and resolved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS DEALERSHIP

Bought an Audi A3 from Ballyrobert Mazda and living in Scotland, I had dealings with both salesmen, Ricky and Jonny to do with my purchase. Both guys were wonderful with keeping me updated and ensuring that everything went to plan. They dealt with the part exchange with my Audi A1, and this was collected from my home the same day as my Audi A3 was delivered to my door. Had an excellent experience with purchasing my car, and wouldn’t hesitate in using again. Thank you again Ricky and Jonny!
Had an appointment booked to order a car. Sat for over 30 minutes waiting. I was punctual for my appointment so why couldn't the sales advisor be? Time issues could have easily been resolved with better time management between appointment slots. I went to Road side motors the following day and ordered a car with Mark, who has been beyond helpful. Night and day of a difference compared to Ballyrobert.
When I bout my Audi S5 from BallyRobert in July 2019 the sales were ok. Service, far from it. I had a window leak which was back in the later of 2019 to be fixed. Early 2020 the same leak appeared. After contacting ballyrobert service it was due to be brought back a 2nd time to be replaced, on finding out from Audi Belfast that this window seal was never replaced. Obviously we went into a pandemic & places closed, fast forward to January 2021 February, March April ringing ballyrobert service, if the phone wasn’t answered you were transferred to Bangor branch and when you did get someone in mallusk, you were told service are not at their desk and they would pass the message on. After contact made from a solicitor I have had a Gary come on the phone with a threatening patronising manner. Accusing me of lying about not being in touch or knowing anything about the car, even tho I had the call logs. Emails & letters sent to service. I have emailed and sent the paperwork still no resolution apology or offer to get the car fixed: just wanting to cover his own and service staffs back. Threatening patronising ignorant attitude from Gary who thinks he is powerful & can get away with this because he is just a small employee in ballyrobert chain. Well with legal action following Gary now for his recorded phone call and attitude over the car I feel ballyrobert are a dead duck for buying and maintaining your cars. As a family we have bought several cars over the years sadly this will be the last. Looking at all reviews this is not the only similar issue with service and this fella Gary and his attitude.

Very disappointing in response to Poor rude ignorant and threatening
I would not recommend Ballyrobert to anyone. Once car is bought they don’t want to know you. Phoned several times with query but every time ‘Gavin is busy or with customer’. They promise to ring back and never do. Avoid at all costs, everyone here can’t all be wrong!!!!!
Your location. Ballyrobert Mazda 1-, 3 Mallusk Road, Mallusk, County Antrim, Newtownabbey BT36 4XS Mazda dealer A D 35 points a week ago Been dealing with ballyrobert for years and recently my sister in law brought her car for a mot check and service which said it would cost 700 pounds to fix for the mot pass! Bought a car from Ballyrobert Mallusk last yr. Had it bk up on 5 separate occasions. First was about 1 week after buying car the clutch kept sticking ballyrobert told us there was nothing wrong with the car and we ended up needing video evidence before they would fix car even then they didnt fix it properly. Engine light came on again ended up a senor and another prob with the clutch. Car is just out of warranty and engine light on again its costing over £300 to fix. I went into early labour over the stress of it all on Saturday and my husband couldn't even drive me to hospital cos we were afraid car would break down. The stress this car has caused throughout my whole pregnancy is ridiculous and they wont even agree to fix the car as a good will gesture. I have contacted a solicitor as ballyrobert has sold us a broke car from the start. Even getting a courtesy car from ballyrobert was terrible we had to keep changing insurance over and had to fight for them to pay it. Please do not buy a car they are gangsters I was warned about ballyrobert but had heard they had cleaned their act up. Clearly not! Stay well clear of this dealership. I had to give 1star so I could upload this review but ballyrobert are not even worthy of 1 star

When my wife picked up her new car from Ballyrobert Mallusk there was no fuel in it, the inside and outside was very dirty obviously hasn't been cleaned, the passenger side rear tyre was below legal limit. Poor service!! I booked car into another dealer to have a health check and ended up having to pay for brakes and a new tyre only a week after purchasing the car!!!
Rang up Ballyrobert Mallusk about a Mazda car and gave 100 pounds deposit by CC to hold car for me for 4 days until I could view it. After a test drive car ,I actually found fault with the car and did not purchase it. Asked for my 110 pounds to be reimbursed as per our agreement but the sales rep Garvan just stared at me and deposit has not been returned- persuing it now through credit card fraud team.
GET IT IN WRITING!!! Talked to sales staff and was told figures to change my car and the very next day I was told I needed extra money!!! I didn't mishear or become daft overnight so why do they think I am. I've read other reviews on yell.com and the same happened to others so.....GET IT IN WRTING!!!
Ballyrobert do not do a 100 point check on your car as they say,my wife car hard faulty brake pads and a wheel bearing away on it.
