By far the worst experience I've had with a garage since I started driving 36 years ago. They did nothing but mess me around. I contacted them for a warranty repair, and clearly they had no interest in it. Service manager has no idea how to deal with customers, cancelled my appointment twice, as well as incorrectly recording the date for another appointment. And even then, when I booked the car in I told them "I believe it's a common problem (air con condenser, Civic)", they suggested it was an electrical problem caused by mice! At least Honda Eastleigh know what they are doing. Do not bother with this garage, they are a joke of a business.

The service desk staff member aggressively demanded my keys before we had even booked my car in our signed any paperwork. No courtesy car was offered to my me (I was with my young son). When I challenged the rudeness of the service desk staff another staff member didn't know why he was so rude. I won't be using this garage next year for our service and MOT.

I paid £1.000. Deposit for a new Honda e last year. I didn’t receive any communication for nearly a year on its progress. When I cancelled the car for personal reasons, they refused to refund my deposit. They claim that I was due to pick up the car the following day but this is untrue. I was going to the showroom to view the car for the first time. How could I pick up a new car without registration details and insurance.£1.000 is a lot of money to loose. Very poor service.
I found lack of communication was very poor! I asked to speak with the salesman and was told he would call me, however he didn't bother getting back to me. I rang the parts department to make an order and was told they were busy and they would call me back. Surprise surprise they didn't bother once again. I bought the item elsewhere and it was cheaper. When I was in the process of buying the car, I was told it had a 5yr service plan! which was not strictly true as it was either 5yrs or 65000 which ever came first, they forgot to tell me that? So be warned they do not get back to you? that's very poor customer care. I am very disappointed to say the least.

i've booked in our Honda Jazz at Balmer Lawn Honda to get a dent removed, this was 4 weeks ago, they havent turned up twice; they make excuse after excuse over the phone. i've just rung them up right now and i'm still waiting for a reply.........what is wrong with these people..........very poor service.
