Waste of a 100 mile round trip to view a car that I had been told was immaculate. The car had obviously been in a front end smash , and badly repaired. Not quite sure how a dealer of prestige cars would not have known this, yet has the nerve to value his cars as he does.

Took delivery yesterday of a beautiful Bentley continental GT. My experience to date, dealing with Vish has been very enjoyable. Nothing seemed too much and Vish went out of his way to be helpful and was professional. Including, when on two occasions, I had to break my promise of test drives due to work commitments. To my disappointment, the car I had originally wanted to see was sold due to the difficulty I had getting over to Vish to see it. However, upon visiting his amazing show room, which I must say was immaculate and full of beautiful cars, I spotted another Bentley which I took rather a shine to. Vish was able to provide me with detailed insight relating to the cars history and allowed me the opportunity to spend as much time as I needed, without being hurried, to poor over the car and take it for a test drive. As initially stated, I took collection of the car just yesterday. The delivery driver took the time to run me through the idiosyncrasies of the car to ensure I was able to enjoy its full potential. The car was delivered following a full service and with a years warranty. Upon further inspection there are a couple of issues with the car: Soft close on the drivers side is not working and I have a warning light saying that the tire pressure sensor is not able to read the pressures. As part of the deal the tires were swapped however, you would still expect this feature to work. I shall be contacting Vish today to resolve the issues and will update my review when Vish has provided me with the solutions. As the titles suggests... So Far So Good.

Fantastic service from Vish at Banbury Motors. Drove in at 12.30 and by 3.00 was leaving in a beautiful Silver Continental. The car is superb and unmarked with low mileage. Warranty included which gives piece of mind! Would recommend them without hesitation.

I found this absolutely fantastic looking Audi car on auto trader at a very good price from Banbury Motors so I phoned them up and spoke to car salesman called Vish , he was honest from the start about part exchange and he said he would try hard to work with me with the who transaction, I trusted him and drove to showroom from Gloucester 45 miles away and I’m glad I did and he definitely worked the deal in my favour so I now have a like new Audi A5 and a no hassle part/exchange , you can buy with confidence from Banbury cars , the cars for sale are like new, and I recommend to ask for Vish trust me he will work with you and he delivered my car ,I would not buy any ware else ,honesty means everything,thank you Banbury cars

I don't often respond to consumer reviews,but on this occasion thought it was merited. My partner and I popped into Banbury Motors " on spec" having seen the eclectic mix of cars on offer ( not really looking to replace our current car. Well, what can I say... We met the charming Vish Bhardwaj , spent two enjoyable hours hassling him and drinking his coffee whilst taking several cars out just " on spec"....... What a real nice interesting guy, and a gentleman to boot,as it later turns out, read on ...... Anyway, to cut a long story short I bought a Bentley GT, a car I have always wanted,AND not to be left out my partner added a Mercedes ML350 to our " shopping list"! If that's not a recommendation of trust I don't know what is ! The tale doesn't end here however. Having collected the cars the following week and driving them back " up North", I was not 100% with the Bentleyniggles you can get retrospectively ( as any car buyer will understand)....... I duly called Vish AND he didn't just rectify my doubts and niggles, but went that extra mile, to source and deliver two days later a replacement Bentley, with a better spec and colour way ( in my opinion ). Now that is refreshingly unexpected in this day and age when customer service can be sadly lacking ! If customer service is king, then Vish ( and his charming father) is certainly the crown prince. Thank you Vish for a great experience and two ultimately happy car enthusiasts........

First spoke with Vish early in the morning, at 4.30 I was driving home in my beautiful Merc E Series cabriolet. It was such a pleasant experience. If you want top class service with a top class choice of cars look no further.

I've recently bought a Mercedes C250 AMG Estate from Banbury Motors. I noticed it on their website at a competitive price and with full details. I arrived there un-announced and was given a friendly welcome with no sales pressure by Vishal and his father Jay. After looking at some more expensive motors I asked for the vehicle keys to the Mercedes and spent a good hour checking things over. Paperwork checked out and I initiated a full HPI check. A short test drive showed no faults. HPI came back clear. The vehicle was as detailed in the ad and very well presented. After a bit of negotiation Vishal offered me a fair trade in price on my vehicle. The Mercedes was also covered by an RAC 3 month warranty which is a bonus. 5 weeks on and a minor issues arose. At high speed a slight wheel wobble and a slight drift to the left. All the tyres are legal except on the front left it was a Goodyear tyre and on the right a Continental tyre. Two new tyres and all is well. I would recommend Banbury Motors. They have an excellent range and I'm very impressed with the car Vishal gave me good service and I would use again. Many thanks.
