Bought a vxr from Banbury Motors, had it delivered on time to me in Cornwall.car is in excellent condition but noticed its due a service, which is not a problem. Vish seems to be a good man to deal with, so will contact him at later date to perhaps do a deal on a Audi rs4 but must enjoy the vxr first lol. Thank you.

After buying a car from Banbury Motors in January it developed a fault ! They collected the car from me (50 miles) away,left me a courtesy car , and returned my car to me repaired no question ! The car developed another fault , just within the warranty period , which I had to get reparied ! I spoke to them , sent them the invoice , and within a day I had been fully reimbursed! I consider this service to be Outstanding , and would recommend anyone to buy a car from this garage !

Every Car i inspected at the first visit of Banbury Motors was clearly in pristine condition in very clean and tidy 'out-of-Town' surroundings, in the Warwickshire/Oxfordshire Countryside. Absolutely everything was in great order with the specific Vehicle I returned to inspect 1 week later. The principle Salesman at Banbury Motors was laid back, calm & accommodating, allowing a very thorough Mechanical & Vehicle Features inspection to unfold - no hovering, no hassling, no rushing & not at all pushy. Was allowed to take the Vehicle for a 10 minute drive locally - alone - which builds Trust. When it came to doing a Part-Ex Deal, there was genuine, open, honest haggling to be done but no pressure Sell and an amicable agreement was achieved... everybody parted company with everything they wanted. My lasting impression - A young Businessman working hard to provide a Premium Service in the Prestige Car market - and there are some fantastic Vehicles in stock - everything evolves given time & opportunity!

I bought a vehicle from Banbury Motors LTD. When i brought the vehicle the sales guy Vish made me believe that the vehicle had full service history as the car was 5 years old but only had the one service due to the mileage being so low at only 18k. and that he stated on the add that it was genuine low mileage and HPI clear. When i asked him for the HPI he said he would send it to me in the post and as you probably guessed it never turned up. i called him and called him and he said he would send it out again which he never did and got to the point where he wasn't answering my calls. Comes to 12 months down the line and i cant sell my car or trade it in as it has a mileage discrepancy against it on the HPI and the finance company which are Close Brothers i wouldn't use either as i started a case up with the case handler and in the end they believed the garage over me and said that as they weren't there at the sale of the vehicle they cant do anything about the service history of the car and as HPI get their information from third parties that it was tough luck and it could only be changed if i had the full service. i explained to the finance company that he never gave me a full service history and made me believe that it had it with the one service he gave me. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone as they are a waste of time and con artists. I wouldn't recommend using Close Brothers as a finance company either as they have poor customer service and don't care about the customer at all even when they have been cheated on as well.

Went twice this week to buy a car, thank god I didn't as the salesman Vish turned out to be an unknowledgeable, arrogant and very rude man! Disappointed he didn't know if the car had run flat tyres and rather shocked he showed no interest when I pointed out a fault light was illuminated and that the exhaust was rattling. Just vaguely said they'll "sort it". I made a reasonable opening offer on a car I was there to buy and he told me I was wasting his time and that I knew how much the car was! Then he refused to shake my hand and had the hump I'd test driven "his car"... What a tool, so glad I didn't buy... Oh and he was wearing adidas tracksuit bottoms(?) how unprofessional.

Drove 200 miles to view BMW 335 on the strength of photos and a staff recommendation. Very impressed to find car exactly as described. Staff so helpful because they came in to allow me a test drive on a day off. Could not fault my experience at Banbury Motors.
