I’m not sure of the owners ( David) current situation. But clearly potential customers seem to be low priority or dismissed altogether. My son, who’s in the military, had his vehicle wrote off and as such was desperately in need of a replacement to get himself and his kit back up to the highlands of Scotland Saturday 3/8/24. We’ve waited patiently for David, who promised to get back to us, to return our calls, however, he failed to do so despite several attempts to engage. We often don’t know what goes on in the background of peoples lives, but a modicum of common courtesy wouldn’t go a miss. Luckily we’ve managed to source a vehicle from elsewhere

Phoned Dave initially and arranged an appointment to view the car. He was lovely on the phone however when we saw the car in person it was apparent that it was either a different car or it had significantly changed. A couple of examples are different stereo, missing towbar, cracked numberplate, different specifications of the car, and different mileage to advertised. When I phoned after the viewing I brought these issues up, he quickly hung up and did not want to dispute it.

I called about a week ago to enquire about a vauxhall insignia. I asked for details of the service history and was told by David he will call me back later after lunchtime when he is at the office. Didn't get a call back so I rang in the evening and David said he'll call me tomorrow and that he's had a lot going on today. I said that's fine and he repeated my number back to me. Days went by and no contact from David. Then I see the car I wanted was no longer available online. Why say you will call back if you don't mean it? Just be honest. Wasted a day waiting for a call back.
I purchased a Mini Cooper from David recently and I am absolutely over the moon with it, from the way it drives and the quality of the car in general to the service I got when buying it. Thank you so much and I would highly recommend them.

I have just purchased a Jaguar from David. I can't fault the service. The vehicle was exactly as described. Probably better. The vehicle was delivered to my property. So, I didn't have to arrange transport. I am a very pleased customer, and will certainly purchase from Barnyard Cars again.
Just purchased a lovely Peugeot 308 from David. Can't fault the service one bit. Having come all the way from wales to view the car David was flexible and professional. As a young women buying a new car it can be stressful but David didnt make me feel pressured.

Recently purchased a Jag from Barnyard cars. From the first phone call to driving away everything was so smooth. David is very professional and Peter treats every car as his own. On first viewing I had a couple of nagging general age related issues to the car which both David and Peter both said no problem we will sort this for you before purchasing and they did within 24 hours. Cannot fault them, smooth process and good quality cars. Will definitely be returning and recommending these guys. Thanks guys, one happy Jag owner 😀

From the minute I called David regarding a car he had advertised the communications were excellent. He hadn't taken delivery of the car at that point, but called me straight away when it was available, no pressure from him, he was very professional. We drove to view the car and were not dissapointed. As described, Infact better. A few age related marks, but this is to be expected with a car of this age and mileage. We had ample opportunity to view the car and test drive it with trade plates,we took our time to discuss our decision together. David gave us space and time alone and did not pressure or try convince us on any level. This was a very refreshing experience, as in the past we have had many problems with other dealers. I really can't fault David on anything, and he was very organised with paperwork and insisted we read everything and were happy. Needless to say we are very happy with our purchase. You will always get the complainers on reviews who want a showroom car for scrap money, but looking at David's stock, all cars seem good quality. I would recommend without a shadow of a doubt. All in all a very pleasant and honest man. We love our Audi A6 le mans. Thank you. Sharon and Wayne
