3 times spoke to him he rush call s don’t like to explain and clearly uses his power and treats costumers like rubbish hand up on me dented what he said day ago ,he said all the time hi don’t know so why is he there caused me cry shaking and distress so much so I stop repair car but have to pay for investigation, everywhere Kwik Fir and other grades told me is 20 min job they said 40 min I regret I put my car there fir repair and have to pay 240 pounds for NOTHING. Will never go there again ! Had repair there before and they gived me car back dirty and with scratches!

Unhelpful, strangely arrogant staff. Incredibly slow waiting times for problems to be resolved. Sold me a dud in the first place. BMW's are pretty but they are chronically unreliable and their service is as bad as you would expect in any walk of life for anything. Will never buy another BMW again because they're just bad cars, but mainly because their customer service is so awful.
My second visit to Barons BMW-MINI Kentish Town was turn around experience. Everything was fantastic, like from an advertisement! When you arrive, you are greeted by a very friendly person in the parking lot who is already expecting you and takes care of your car parking. At the reception personnel is friendly and accommodating. Most of all I would like to commend Sophie Hooper and Mario Danev who were the case handlers for my vehicle. My vehicle problem was complex as it involved liaison with BMW manufacturer agreeing for consequential costs and repairs. Sophie and Mario understood the situation, demonstrated their knowledge of the industry and products. But most of all they went extra mile and proactively moved the process into the right direction. Also, not underplaying the role played by the master mechanic, who identified the problem in a logical way. I must say no other mechanics could even figure out what the problem was. Thank you very much Barons!
Flabbergasted by the great attitude of the staff. I parked on the wrong side and a gentleman came to greet me by my name and said I can’t park there and there is a space in the bmw car park. He asked if I could go there or if I would like him park the car for me which I took him up on. On entering the site the receptionist took my details and told me to get a hot drink from their machine to warm up because it was cold and raining outside. Another gentleman booked in my repairs and dealt with all my issues. Finally I went to buy screen wash and the gentleman went to the back to get the screen wash and came back with it and an umbrella to help me fill it. I said I was booked in for a service and he said I think they will do it, he then took me to find out if it was included and it was! He saved me money. Later they called me saying the service could only be done by the next day, I told them I needed the car and she kindly got back to me saying it’ll be done 10 am next day. They really do offer celebrity service and I will definitely go back again if only to feel special again 😃

Barons BMW in Kentish Town kept my car for more than three months and then failed to fix the problem accurately and cost £3600 .They took it from me And I had to lie down one day in front of the door to get the car. I have the film and the picture. Kentish Town branch is rubbish
