when i bought a part for my car from you it was tried 4 times but it was faulty took the part back and was told they wood not change it or give a refund they said if i let them fit the part and found out it was faulty they wood fit it for free if the part was OK i wood have to pay there labor cost for a m3 e46 labor over£200 a hour then they find a part that does work ? i get a bill four £2000 so don't bye pars for your car from them all they wont you to do is pay there labor prices to fit you part so keep away from them then i got a email to say i was band from buying parts from them so spread the word
I went to look at a car and laid a holding deposit to secure it and they sold it to someone else within 24 hours. The message came through at 09:14 on a saturday requesting a response by 09:30! I have had cars new from this group and had an average of 3 cars serviced with them for 8 years. Nice customer service!

Left in a very difficult situation with no help or thought after car needed a lot of work. I understand supply of parts at the moment is shocking but they’ve lied to me constantly, first off saying how they’ve ordered the parts and it would be within the week. And the work needed should be done by the end of the week. This has been a reoccurring theme. It’s been a month now with no thought of getting myself a courtesy car. Lack of communication and left me chasing up the status, always been left with, “let me get someone who can help you” and they almost never call back. Thanks BMW Canterbury, you’ve really screwed me here. No car, and only a bike to get around in this dangerous cold season. How do they think I’am coping without a car?

We used Barrett;'s for the first time being new into the area and it being the closest BMW dealership. Have never had such terrible customer service from BMW and in future will drive the extra few miles to take my car to our original guys who know how to treat their customers. Avoid

Can not fault an excellent service. Got a Land Rover over the road with Barrett's. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM CLOWNS WITH A BARGE POLE??? Can not believe they are the same company??????
I agreed to purchase a car from Broad Oak/Barrett’s of Canterbury on the 5th of April 2015, with some stipulations agreed with the salesman on the day. They were quiet small points, namely that all scratches, chips and scuffs to the paint work would be repaired as there was one particularly bad scratch that needed repair in the body shop. It is a black car and all chips and scratches are really noticeable, seeing as the car needed cosmetic work, the salesman agreed that all chips etc. would get repaired. When I called to collect the car two weeks later only the large scratch had been repaired. The car had been polished externally so all other scratches and chips really stood out. The salesman was apologetic when it was pointed out that not all of the agreed repairs had been completed. Seeing as we had travelled from London to buy and collect the car, we agreed to take the car and try and do some of the repairs at home with touch up paint. This was agreed on the premise that if it was not up to standard, I could ring and the dealership would arrange for the work to be completed in there body shop. I tried the repairs myself, but the results were not acceptable. I have since spent large amounts of time trying to speak with the salesman and try and get the repairs completed as agreed, but the after sales communication is non existent. They do not return my calls. Emails go unanswered for weeks, then a token reply. The only form of communication is from text messages I receive from the salesman who I have been dealing with since I agreed to purchase the car. It has been 12 weeks since I agreed to buy the car, 10 weeks since I handed over the money, and it still has not been rectified. All of the works I required to be done prior to collecting the car were agreed with the salesman. He did not complete as agreed, and they're after sales service/commitment has been extremely poor.
