I bought a van from Bassets. It was delivered without a spare key and and the air conditioning was broken. It took many ignored calls before I finally got them to pay for the aircon but despite promises they never got me the spare key. They just ignore emails. The warranty I had is worthless. AVOID!
My wife and myself were very pleased by the way the staff at Bassetts delt with the part exchange process. Especially David one of the managers, and Rowan Warren the salesman, in dealing with our request. Exchange completed between Wednesday and Saturday. On collection of the new car met Nathan Pyart a very nice young man. Excellent experience.

Stay away from Bassetts Swansea if you need better customer service. My car got delivered without the mats and I have been following up for 3 months now. Worst customer service you can ever get.

We bought a Citroen c5 aircross lovely car mark was our salesman great and professional throughout got a few extra bits I asked for no problem we then dealt with Ellie for the handover she was great aswell put a big red bow bonnet what a great touch everything was brilliant 👍👍🤩
Appalling service received whilst visiting car showroom yesterday, the representative concerned was Matthew Powell. He spoke to myself and my two adult children in a dismissive and condescending manner resulting in us walking away, simply because of him. He was unable to answer our questions in a polite and professional manner and I sincerely hope is not a reflection of your branch. We purchased a C3 from them earlier this year and the service was good - however this time we have been forced to purchase elsewhere. Today we purchased a brand new C3 through Bristol Street Motors and the salesman was incredibly polite, willing and patient with our questions, Perhaps Mr. Powell could perhaps benefit from some additional customer service training before they potentially lose further customers.

Hello, After reading your review I would highly disagree with what you have said about Matthew. Myself, my daughter, my wife and parents have all had cars with him and he has been nothing but polite and courteous to us all. He has been excellent from start to finish making sure the cars were right for us all and we all had bows on our cars on the day of handover. I can't thank Matthew enough for all of his help and we all will 100% be dealing with himself again.
Bought used C3 took 13 days to handover car .salesman mark dreadful customer service manner didn't reply to e.mails phone calls .didn't show us around vehicle no offer of test drive very rude as though we were a bother.phoned general manager to complain took a week to reply .beyond poor service.would NOT RECOMMEND

Very good experience all round! I purchased a Citroen DS3 in July and up to now I am really happy with it. I have had no problems and the car was nicely cleaned when I received it. The dealers were very helpful and knowledgeable. The car is very good value for money and I have no complaints at all. I would highly recommend.

I went to Renault Cardiff first to look at people carrier, The sales man was trying to pressure sell me the car asking for a deposit to reserve the car multiple times.So i desided to look at Citroen, Where the salesman Ashley asked what type of car i was looking for and what budget i had.I told him i wanted a used car a people carrier with very low mileage has i do alot of traveling. He came back with a 62 plate Citroen grand Picasso with only 9200 miles but it was in bridgend, He said we can have the car back to Swansea within the hour. I went back after a hour the car was perfect. no money was asked the reserve it, I placed a deposit 3 days later. I have had the car for 4 months (driven 10,000 miles) no problems at all. I have called in the Citroen about 4 times in the 4 months to ask questions about the car, Ashley has always taken time to help me out. Great aftersales from Bassetts Citroen Swansea
