I visited the showroom twice with the intention of purchasing a Honda ENY1 that was on offer. Unfortunately, I encountered some of the most dismissive salesmen I've ever met. Despite being informed that their allocation of stock for the offer had been sold, I was assured that someone would contact me on Monday after attempting to secure more stock or connecting me with another dealership that could fulfill my request. When I did not receive any communication on Monday, I revisited the showroom. Instead of receiving assistance, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. I was then told that I would receive a call on Wednesday. However, no call ever came, despite the offer still being advertised. In the end, I ordered the car through the Startin dealer in Worcester, where the customer service was exceptional and I couldn't be more pleased.

Dealing with Bassetts Ssangyong,Honda, in Swansea was a very pleasant and easy experience from start to finish. First we dealt with James who was very friendly, helpful and gave us a road test in the two cars we were looking at. James gave us a fair price for the two cars that we were part exchanging for our new car. After the first meeting we dealt with Brad who was back on duty after his day off. Brad was just as friendly and helpful as James. After sorting various things out we collected our new car a few days afterwards. We would like to thank both James & Brad for their service along with all the other staff in the background that support them. Definitely recommend using Bassetts Ssangyong Swansea, Honda, and will use again in the future.😀😀

Terrible, i was sold a car which didn't suit my driving style. Important infomation which i needed to make an informed decision was left out. I thought the days of arthur daley conmen died out years ago, i trusted the salesman - big mistake!. I knew nothing about the dreaded DPF fitted on diesel cars, very expensive mistake. The engine managememt light came on and they wanted hundreds of pounds to clear the filter. The aftersales was awful they never answered a question directly, It was like talking to a politician - a lot of noise and hot air without actually saying anything important. The place is a joke!. Steer clear of this place, there are many other auto businesses to choose from. I traded my car with vauxhall in the end with a loss of thousands of pounds, what a difference in their customer service - very professional, very helpful
