Two weeks ago, I dealt with Simon. Their card machine had failed so I phoned the following morning with payment. While at the dealership, the lady I was dealing with had all details relating to the service. She refused to provide these until payment. She never sent them. Simon contacted me three times today asking if I had signed the DD for the service. This was the same plan he argued with me about stating there was a 20% discount. He deliberately chastised me in front of customer. He later realised he was wrong, didn’t apologise and blamed Audi for lack of information and clarity. I spoke with Simon asking if I could have the receipt of works. He point blank refused pointing me to the Audi app. I have always been provided a copy at another Partner so couldn’t understand his rudeness. On the app itself, it states I can have a paper copy. Trading standards it’s my right to have a copy for something I paid for. After leaving surgery, I contacted them to be told I’d need to make a fifty mile round trip, take my V5 and driving licence ( they already hold this due to service finance and courtesy car paperwork)

I recently thought I'd give Bath Audi another go, as servicing my vehicle otherwise involved a trip to either Swindon or Salisbury. Unfortunately, the experience left me realising I should've just gone to Swindon Audi as I did for the last service. I booked my Audi A5 in for its first service, and left the vehicle with them for a few hours. When I got the car home though, I discovered a large scratch across the bonnet that wasn't there when I left the vehicle with them - checking the dash cam footage showed the state of their cleaning cloths used when cleaning the cars (black and filthy). Calling the service manager back, and I had promises of this being resolved first thing Monday (I'd had the service done on Saturday), thinking nothing of it I left it and waited for the call. Unfortunately, I then had to chase them several times, eventually being passed across to Simon the manager. After several days back and forth, constantly missing each other on the phone, the issue was eventually resolved as they repaired my paintwork. The courtesy car given though was a Q3 they'd neglected to fill the tank on, so the warning light came on as soon as they left the dealership. I previously had another vehicle in a couple of years ago for a supposed fault with the alarm system, and their technicians managed to destroy the trim in the boot and break the washer system for the rear window in the process of replacing the door lock... Combining both these experiences, and the fact that several of the sales team previously turned their noses up and looked at me as if I was wasting their time with test drives (currently leasing my second brand new Audi, so clearly wasn't) I'd avoid this dealership and take your business to a non Mon-motors dealer.
Arrived at bath Audi on Saturday to pick up my new a1, from the moment I entered the door until we drove the vehicle away we were treated exceptionally well. Being new to Audi, Duncan and Christian ensured they covered everything in detail and gave great customer service. Highly recommended!

I was not impressed by the customer experience at Bath Audi today. Spending £670 on my Audi TT service I do not complain about at all. Spending £670 I do however expect to be treated as a valued customer. I was charged a £10 fee for the courtesy car which was not explained to me in advance. I was charged £9.60 for a gallon of diesel having covered 45 miles in a car whose computer told me I had achieved 45 miles per gallon. When I remarked to the service rep that £9.60 for a gallon of diesel was a bit steep considering I had spent £670 he simply ignored me. Never before have I experienced such rudeness in a main dealer service department. When I arrived home I found that the service book was not stamped and so I will need to return to have that done. I also found that the boot liner had been folded in half to access the under compartment, rather than removed, and had been left folded, so that it would no longer lie flat. However, my car will not be returning to Bath Audi. Although I work virtually next door to Bath Audi, I shall use a different dealer in future. These little things matter.
Found the car I wanted and approached Audi Bath. Very helpful and answered all my questions. Car was ready when I picked it up and great service.
