Bought a car never experienced anything like it poor service and customer care sold me a lemon. Finance companies still chasing Bayer Car Sales for reject refund of finance.

After reading below reviews about Bayer Car Sales I worried about buying my car from Bayer and traveling all the way from Northern Ireland but I am more than please. The Land Rover Discovery has everything I wanted and was in immaculate condition, cleaned and valeted and serviced for my arrival. Paperwork was complete and all explained to me at the office. I was given a tour of the car and good instruction on using it and its functions. I can not fault them in the slightest and they even rang the next day to check we had arrived home and we were still happy with everything.

The car was advertised with full service history told it would follow along with spare keys chased countless times never arrived started court proceedings then suddenly car engine just blew up with the bid end gone cylinder 4 sent car back to bayer car sales we had only owned it 7 weeks in fairness they did give us a full refund we had already spent over £1000 on it.

Totally disappointed with trying to resolve issues with a van I purchased from Bayer Car Sales. Treated appallingly, feel like I'm "wasting their time" in asking for a resolution. Feel like im being discriminated against for being female. Feel like i am being fobbed off. Frustrated and very upset. Just want the van fixed and working as it should be. Stressful battle. If i could rate minus stars i would.

I couldn't be happier what a lovely car and excellent friendly service. Excellent and nice to find a dealer with quality cars and OCD. Keeps his overheads low so makes for a great deal. Had a good choice of 5 Evoques

Bayer Car Sales are dishonest people. They described there bmw 318d 2012 reg as in excellent condition with no issues that he's aware of.I purchased from him on 29/12/16 and phoned him well in advance that i'd be travelling all the way from leeds a 250 miles journey one way and asked him if there was any visual damage on the car and was the car mechanically sound with no issue,he replied the car is a company owned vehicle and he's sold a few of these off and this was one of the last left and he described it as the best one out of all them.The worst thing is when i get there the gearbox is notchy and sticking gears,not to mention the car's both near side doors and rear boot lid had a spray job done but not in the best of quality and when i told him of these defects he calmly told me it's a used car with 140,000 miles on??well a bit of common sense there as i'm paying you £6485 cash and travelled 250 miles to buy this car from you without a penny discount. The nsf wheel arch liner inside the wing is missing so obviously this car has been involved in an accident sometime in its life.I would not recommend Bayer Car Sales.
