I brought a car a cupel months and Luke was brilliant I had an issue with my car and it was addressed immediately, he was brilliant with the process kind and friendly. Luke is great.

Couldn’t fault Luke at Baylham Autos when buying my daughters first car. There was no pushy sales and Luke took the time with my daughter and I to make sure she made the right choice. The windscreen had a crack in, which was replaced in a couple of days and got a spare key cut at my request and checked the cam belt history for me. Luke went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything before picking up the car so I have one very happy daughter! Would definitely recommend.

Luke was so helpful, and patient too, explaining any questions I had about any car I was interested in, really knowledgeable. I felt really comfortable and confident when making my final decision on my gorgeous Mokka! The after sales care too has been just perfect! I felt like a person, not just a sale, and his kind nature and friendly manner is so professional. I would recommend Luke personally to anyone interested in buying a car.
