Contacted them through the website and asked to book a test drive. Didn’t get a reply. Called a few days later instead, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Was assured that someone would call me back. They didn’t. There are plenty of other dealerships and manufacturers so they can forget it if this is how they operate.

Booked and test drove a car, appalling service from salesman Gary! When I queried the condition of the car Gary was rude and when I said it probably wasn’t the car for me, he snatched the keys and walked off when I was talking to him! Definitely not buying the car now!! Avoid as so unhelpful and rude!!!!

Car went in for MOT and service, Evesham. Passed MOT but car came out of station with non working headlight. I paid £22 for bulb. Engineer then dropped it inside the headlight unit. They couldn't repair same day and when I picked up 2 days later they had not fixed the inner wheel arch correctly. Member of the team came out to look and claimed they had not touched the inner wing, when I challenged she said the guy had a problem with rusty screw. The bumper had to be removed to get headlight unit out. The team member decided I needed to be put in my place and approached me too close during these Covid times and I decided to leave rather than argue further. They no longer wash the car either after service. Apparently this was all my fault, I damaged the bulb, I damaged the inner wing. I failed to wash the car. I was argumentative
