DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Purchased from here, within a week of having a car the battery failed, then the brakes, have now payed 2,500 to fix the car, which the garage that fixed this confirmed was previous damage, to be told I have to spend an extra 600 to replace the bluetooth. Called the company hoping they might be able to help as have only had the car for three months but not helpful at all! really awful service once I had brought the car and money was in their bank.
The staff at BCM 4cars bend over backwards to assist you but found numerous faults within a month of having the car and it failed MOT on lots of stuff even though I was told the car had a full service a week before I bought and had been inspected. Once they sell you the car they wipe their hands of anything to do with the car.
BCM 4Cars have rude, unhelpful staff. Hidden faults were found with vehicle I bought.
I bought a Nissan from BMC in April and The service was reasonable. The car was a good price however I have been having a few problems with is so I am going to take it back for them to have a look. The overall experience was good but I will have to wait to see what the outcome is when I enquire about the repairs.
