Seen a renault trafic van on the web site asked for a walk round video which was all sent great service from start to finish van was delivered on a sat morning to work round my days up to Scotland cant fault the service all supplied with 6month warrant full yrs mot

Would not recommend this company. Bought a van from them, within 3 days I found it had major gearbox fault (horrible noises in 5th and 6th gear) they offered to take it back and fix it which I refused (due to being told it was taken on an hour and a half test drive before delivery to make sure the van was all good) they accepted a refund way over 14 days ago (14 fay guidelines for consumer rights) and every since I've had excuse after excuse as to why they can't send my refund and collect the van. I stated i would even accept a cash return as I was told that could be easier. Every day since then I've been told it's being sorted and still no refund. Now having to go through a claim online and possibly small claims court.. now been 21 days since accepting return and still nothing! avoid this company.. I will edit my review if this gets sorted by them without having to make a claim. But it doesn't seem promising. Avoid if you can!
