if i could give 0 stars i would. BD Trade Sales were keen to sell me a car, but the aftercare was awful. I had bought warranty from them & they made me use the garage near them to fix the problem. I recently found out that you can go to any registered garage legally. When i dropped the car off the owner refused to get out his car so i had to speak to them through the car window. Since then they have refused to give me any record of what was done to the car making me wonder if they have done anything at all.... through out the whole process they have been rude & intimidating. keen to sell but not keen to care after this is done.

We are really happy with our recent purchase of a Toyota Yaris from BD Trade Sales. We received excellent customer service and were treated well. This place has really good cars to sell and we would highly recommend anyone that wants to buy their first car or change their existing car to contact this dealership.

We brought are car from BD TRADE SALES.At the start was very pleased with his help but when we asked too have the car delivered he said we would only be able too have the car delivered at 10pm.We found it kind of strange where he could only deliver at that time only.We got the car and now a not even a month down the line we have too get the power steering rack done which isnt a cheap fix.the bonnetts scratched too high hells alloys where demolished aswell and still no log book has been sent too us after he said it would be with us after a few days.After sending messages he has not replyed to any after we got the car so here it is Stay clear of this dealership not a great look at all

BD Trade Sales brought a car (my old car) at auction when I contacted them to buy my personal plate back explaining the sentimental value he plate had to our disabled son wa told £1100 for the number plate. The original dealer I sold it to promised to hold the old car for 48 hours while I transferred the plate off but didn’t and sent it to auction, they wouldn’t tell me who brought it and they told me to just hunt for it and buy the plate back so after 2 months of searching I finally found the car for the man to be quite rude texting me! I even offered them the money for the plate transfer plus more for their time and help! Absolute bunch of *********** avoid at all cost. Heartless! Nothing but rude!
