Travelled 50 Miles to look at a solid Seat Ibiza only to find every pannel was a different shade of green. The car also needed to be started with a battery booster as there was an electrical fault, something not mentioned over the phone or online Good job BE Automotive shut down.

I got my first car a Cleo, and returned for a second time and part ex for a mini which I love never had any problems wonderful people very helpful gutted I can't go back for my third car when I'm ready.x
Bought a car December from BE Automotive with warranty. Car is now broken and warranty is void, how many others they’ve done it to?
So bought a car from these. They took the money which included the money for the fantastic warranty deal through a third party.... today guess what I get written to by the warranty company saying they haven’t been paid for the warranty I’ve bought and have cancelled my policy!!! So these thieves have pocketed my extra £200 quid done a bunk, and now they are no longer trading!!! No reply to their numbers, dead Facebook page, automated replies..... stay well away from them

Unfortunately once again a fake review has been left all our cars AA inspected for safety, roadworthiness and reliability and should any car have an issue it is dealt with immediately via ourselves or through the 6 month warranty which we provide
I bought a car 7 days from BE Automotive and got an vauxhall astra j and after 1 hour after purchase the engine started to go rough on idle indicating a comon fault on astra the SCV valve. Also i noticed the battery indicator was black not green and when i looked on the manufacturing manual black was indicating a imminent fail. Also my cruise control is not working and have a oil leaks from intercooler pipe. When i asked about the problems he told me that the engine is working fine from his point of view and what to expect as is not new car and on the interfave was not present a error. About the battery he told me that his legal obligation is to give a battery that starts the car when you buy it and is not interested that that battery can fail at eny time.he told me if i want to be shure that the battery will not fail i need to buy a new car...or battery. Very rude. And the pipe that leeks oil i need to pay it from my pocket as is not covered by warranty.Strange is that has a AA certificate that passed all this issues...how can pass a oil leak verification when oil is present i do not know. The same with battery how can pass a test when the indicator is black and the manufacturer say that in this case do not use the battery.

Many thanks for your review. Firstly I will explain the situation regarding your car the car was inspected by the AA and a report regarding those checks is available on our website when you proceeded to enquirer in to the Vauxhall Astra you brought it to our attention that the mileage was incorrect the speedo reading was not 79000 miles but indeed the last mot last year the car had a recorded mileage of 135000 miles this was not known to us as we had purchased the mileage at 79000 miles and was sold to us as being correct in light of this we discounted the car heavily to dispose of the car as we do not sell cars with over 100000 miles you came the next day to look at the car because the price was very low for the car and spent almost 3 hours inspecting the car including a test drive which you was very happy with and proceeded to purchase the car. Even though the estimated mileage on the car is at least 1450000 miles We prepared the car for your collection you collected the car on the arranged date a day or so after the final transaction you brought it to our attention that the engine was lumpy we booked you in for an inspection which you failed to attend on time but turned up the next day despite us being busy we stopped working to take a look at your car no warning lights illuminated no fault codes stored in the ecu apart from an historic immobiliser key fault and the only fault was in idle the rev counter needle fluctuates slightly pretty minor and what one would usually expect from a car that has done at least 145000 miles and then you mention the battery it doesn't have a green indicator but the battery starts the car so why would anyone want to replace a battery that works. Yes I did say to you perhaps you would be better off with a brand new car because to be quite frank with you a car that has done at least 145000 miles is never going to be perfect it will have issues this why we don't sell them and this is why we sold the car to you very cheaply Yes my legal obligation is to provide you with a car that is fit for its particular purpose and this car is the battery starts the car every day and the slight fluctuation does not stop the car from driving and there is no fault codes or warning lights on he dashboard and not once did you mention an oil leak or oil in a turbo pipe so I would presume that this is probably made up Once again many thanks for your review.
The vehicle l purchased at BE Automotive on close inspection was shocking they also don't follow up any promises after promising 3x times now l still haven't received the tyre repair kit the are very arrogant tell lies and make.false promises they offered to look at my complaints but never did in fact l had a wasted journey to barnsley as they never made an effort to look at the faults just made excuses my advice to others is don't make the same mistake as me go elsewhere i've never been so unhappy with a car as the one from this trader they should be struck off...they make false promises. I only put one star as couldn't put any lower should be minus 5star.

Dear Mr Wilkinson. Thank you for the review I'm glad you put it here so that we may respond to it with a correct version of events. Firstly the car you purchased through cars 247 finance was fully detailed on our website with clear pictures of the scuff on the glovebox which you admitted to me you had seen, this was when you returned to us 4 weeks after you brought the car, myself and carfinance 247 have tried to explain to you that the car is 7 years old and will have the odd mark which we have fully detailed in photos on the website prior to your purchase. You also complained to the finance company about it being dirty when delivered to you the reason for this was it was chucking it down with rain that day and after an hour of driving on the motorway it will be this was compensated to you with a ten pound refund for a valet. The Citroen C4 Picasso does not come with a spare wheel but because you complained as a gesture of good will we sent you a tyre inflation kit by recorded delivery which you have received and in fact you yourself has signed for the delivery. All these things have been explained to you by ourselves and several times by the finance company B E Automotive have not done anything wrong the car supplied to you is in full working order unfortunately the car you have purchased is 7 years old and will have signs of wear and tear all these are fully photographed prior to sale.

Hi dean can you give me the registration number of the car please because all our cars are sent out with a 12 months mot with exception of part exchanges of £500 and I'm sure if the seat was ripped it would have been repaired before you took it so I'm a little confused with this many thanks
Dean in response to Dean
