Bought my Audi A3 from Beacon Hill Used Car Centre and they could not be any more helpful and honest eve after having a small problem, the car was fixed immediately. Would definitely use them again.
Car i purchased from Beacon Hill used Car Centre was unfit for purpose this garage still have my unfixed car and my money after either ignoring me or lying to me. Worst experience ever.

I had nothing but problems with my car that I brought from beacon hill used car centre. After sales service generally consists of being ignored.

It is a shame reviews from customers are left this way, we sell in excess of 300 vehicles a year, but some customers prefer to leave unfair reviews rather than contact us, we have many happy customers and unfortunately the one who doesn’t allow us to help puts us in bad light, this is not the case for the other 299 plus customers throughout the year
My experience with Beacon Hill Used Car Centre was appalling with them in regards to after sales service. Numerous problems with the vehicle and they won’t give you any time of day once they get their money. Very disappointed and will certainly never use them again.
I would rate Beacon Hill Used Car Centre 3 out of 5 straight down the middle. This was the typical story really, they were fantastic up until they sold the car then they weren't very helpful at all, didn't want to know about any problems. I wouldnt recommend this dealer to family or friends.
