Very poor experience. We booked our Up! in for a service via the telephone number provided on the website. The appointment was confirmed with multiple reminders coming in on email and text. I even had an email to check in online to save time, which I did. However when we took the car on the specified time and date we were told that there was no record of our booking. My wife was told that she "must have made a mistake" as there was no record of the booking. Standing in the reception area whilst everyone stared was a very uncomfortable experience. The attitude of the staff was that this must have been a mistake made by my wife. Despite eventually admitting that it was indeed an issue with their internal booking system there was no apology for the inconvenience or indeed any empathy to the fact that a whole morning had to be taken off work and was now a waste of time. I received a call from Stewart who was at great pains to explain to me the technical reason the booking system had failed but again made no effort to apologise or in any way take responsibility for the mistake. Annoyingly I continued to receive several automated messages during the day asking me to bring the car in! I was told to expect a call back later in the day which by 4pm hadn't happened so I called again and was told that the appointment had been rescheduled for over a month away and of course it's mid-week and we won't be able to make it due to work commitments, but of course no one seems to have thought about this.Really awful impersonal service from everyone at Bromley VW. Certainly won't be going back again.

These people don’t know how to treat people and have no compassion. Never call you back and they keep your car for days - I would advise to not go here !

David at Beadles Bromley is one of the worst customer facing sales man I have ever seen, he should have never been given this job, no manners whatsoever! He should be fired immediately

I have a service plan with VW Bromley and to be honest I don’t know why. I always seem to have to wait a hell of a lot longer than I’m told. If it’s four hours then it’s four hours and not 90 minutes. Just tell me the truth. I recently had a service and was told new tyres were needed but would mean I would have to wait another three hours on top of the four I already waited when I was originally told 90 minutes. I had new tyres fitted at a later date at my convenience with another garage only to be told that both front and back wheels were out of alignment. Really considering my options when signing up to a main dealership. I don’t have money to burn and it’s really expensive these as it is without risking my vehicle and parts cost due to poor service. Very unhappy 🙁

Being a VW dealer I thought I would get excellent customer service… Far from it has been appalling too many issues to list. I feel that I have been ripped off by a ROGUE dealer. Think twice before buying a car from here. No regard for safety … Did they actually carry out the point checks!

They are sloppy, unhelpful and generally uncommunicative. Terrible service with no wash or clean
Beadles are absolutely shocking, from point of sale to delivery they are useless, they sold me a Golf that at no stage had been checked, they said it had a 301 point service which wasn't true, I had made a note of a repair that needed doing, they didn't do it, they then had the car back several times, yet its still not right, I have given up, having dealt with several main dealerships this lot are one to avoid, save your money don't be fooled.
