Terrible customer service. I’m baffled as to how Kam got himself the managers job with his lazy, ignorant approach the customer service. They couldn’t help you less if they tried.

Bought my transporter van from Beadles at Dartford on April 2021, at pick up day we discover damage under van , i been told by salesman is going to book in to do the repairs , now we are in November 2021 and after numerous emails and call the van been taken back to garage for repairs . The van is with vw dartford for 5 days now and no one call or contact us to let us know when the repairs going to be done.
Having bought my transporter van new from Beadles at Dartford you would think a minor service and MOT from the same company would be no problem, I live in Essex so I arranged to pay for a small courtesy van for the day while my van was being serviced "yes certainly, no problem, all arranged" I was told. Today, I took my van in for the service and, you've guessed it, "we hadn't got any courtesy vans, they are all out, you can wait for your van to be serviced and MOTed if you like" with no apology or explanation. I told him that I haven't got all day to wait about and not to bother with the service I would go elsewhere, this did not bother him in the least, he really didn't care, so, no more Beadles for me!

So after the car had been back 3 times for a keyfob issue and numerous batteries changed 'As that is what Beadles said was the issue) even after 6 weeks minimal use the fault was finally diagnosed as faulty key fob. Key fob changed and re-programmed. Care went back to have spare key fob re-programmed and new key fob programmed so as to shut windows and sunroof if open when locking only for it not to have been done. I know I should have checked prior to leaving the showroom but thought a simple job like that would have been done - but NO. So I now have to return car and fobs again for it to be done. Is this usual for a VW dealer service centre to have to keep re-doing work that should have been completed.

Very much relate to the last review. Tried to purchase a used Transporter. Taken 4 months but still no van and or money back! Our complain5 list is so long I cannot list it all for th4 time it would take. In a nutshell we drove from the south coast (75miles each way) when told the car was showroom ready to find a damaged, mess of a van, not even MOT van! Still fighting 4 months on to get our deposit back they cannot do this right. Beyond despair. Would love to reach the MD. The front house receptionist cannot even reach them and no one knows who the directors are after a take over 2.5 years ago. Too many errors to even list and still no van or money back, 1 star is too generous a rating AVOID BUYING ANYTHING AT THIS GARAGE.

#Beadles Dartford The worst company I’ve ever had the unpleasantness of dealing with! The worse customer service ever and managers that just lie. I bought a brand new Polo from Beadles Dartford and included every possible extra so not a cheap car. When the car arrived I was told I had to collect the car within 7 working days so I send back my lease car and went to collect this car. When I arrived to collect the car it was in a complete state. Definitely not a new car finish. The car was so dirty it looked like it had been through a rally stage. It also had a dent in the front bumper and stone chips and small scratches across the bonnet like the bonnet had been washed with a scouring pad or a sponge with stones in and also a dent on rear bumper and the paint all over the car felt like car hadn’t been sprayed properly. I paid lots extra for this colour! It also had delivery stickers across the roof that had to still be removed. This car was far from being a new car !! I’ve had better condition 5 year old cars but obviously was still paying a brand new price. They even messed up every bit of paperwork by having all my details wrong and even sent the log book to the wrong address. But when I collected the car I went to reject it but the manager told me they would pay another garage to repair and fix all the problems with this car!! So I collected the car on this understanding but it was a complete lie!! When I got them the bill they refused to pay the invoice and only wanted to pay for a cheap mobile repair service that I refused due to the finish should be like new. Not just cheap for their benefit. So I refused a cheap repair and asked for £1000 compensation that they refused. I then asked for a service package as compensation and they refused. I threatened to take this to court but the manager said I would just get laughed out of Court I don’t understand how by the way they have treated me. I then went back and said repair my car and give them a date weeks in advance! They said they would fix this but didn’t come back to me with a date or try and phone me. They now ignore all my messages. I believe that they were never going to repair this car as the issue have been going on for months.

Beadles Volkswagen Dartford are totally unprofessional only interested in selling a car, no customer after care, they registered my new car so Logbook was incorrect, now 7 weeks on and have had no response, I dealt with Wes Brock he showed little interest, his last comment to me was he is only the messenger, total lack of respect.

I had my vw golf for diagnosing a fault with my DSG gearbox. The staff at reception were very rude and unhelpful. They removed the engine cover and didn’t put it back. After a long phone call asking them where it is, they were still telling me that it may not have been there! Finally they found it and I was told to go and get it anytime! I went to pick it up and someone just handed to me at the reception LOL. I was expecting it to be put back on, nevertheless there was no screws given and I was told it didn’t had any! Well....... they told me there is a oil leak from mechatronic box. Apparently the leak it was at the turbo coolant pipe joint. Only had to tighten the clip and the leak stopped. They wanted £80.80 to replace the screws on the engine cover!. THOSE SCREWS MUST BE DIAMOND. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM. AVOID AT ANY COST. NOT WORTH IT. N Kolgjini Erith.
