Hi all I bought a used Jaguar F type from Beadles Land Rover in Sidcup which was on sale for £47999. The dealer arranged delivery to my home, but when it arrived it was covered in mud even though it was a very sunny day. The salesman apologised saying he went in a ditch …:( The interior was disgusting , it was covered in stains from some oil based chemicals all over the seats , dashboard etc. I made went back to dealer and complained to the sales manager who was extremely unhelpful , and actually made excuses for everything wrong with the car , not at any point did he apologise for the mess they made of my car. The sales manager only said bring it back as they now have a new valeting company, so he expected me to drive 20 odd miles to get my car cleaned. I spent £500 of my own money getting the car cleaned to what it should have been in first place. I would like to warn anyone thinking of buying a used car from Beadles Sicup , check the adverts of used cars clearly as they add extras to cars which they don't have, in my case auto park , wind deflector ( which I got for FREE after I mentioned the TRADE DESCRIPTION ACT) also check cleanness of cars. Protentional buyers once Beadles Sidcup have your money you will not have a leg to stand on, Beadles customer service is RUBBISH and that's putting it politely. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I actually said to sales manager I would return the car and have my money refunded due to the service I received , he said NO CHANCE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Got the exact deal I wanted on the car I wanted and curtesy of Damian at Beadles Land Rover Sidcup, a nice smooth professional exchange and I have to say he went out of his way to make sure I was happy.

Bought a car from Beadles Land Rover Sidcup 6 months old and had so many faults and breakdowns over 3 years. The staff are pretty good but the managers seem awful, customer service is terrible. They bought the car back 3 months ago but I'm still getting fines for the dart charge as they didn't transfer the ownership. Told me they'd sent everything to the DVLA but wouldn't tell me how or when and what they had sent. It's like they don't even want to know when I call I've never dealt with a worse company.
Unfortunately, there's no option to give Beadles Land Rover in Sidcup zero stars. A few days after the annual service of my car I noticed that the amount I was charged for a replacement part was approx 50% higher than the price quoted to me over the phone. Since then despite a visit to the showroom and numerous phone calls I’ve received no response. Each time I have been told that someone will call me back the next day and a week goes by and no one bothers to call. On the 2/11, after refusing to be fobbed off again, I eventually managed to speak with Paul Jacobs (who I was told was a manager) who promised he would check the details and come back to me. A short while later I received a call from Kelly, who promised that she will check and come back to me on Monday. I reminded her that she had promised to do the same about 3 weeks earlier, but she had no memory of the conversation. She didn’t call me back on Monday and neither did anyone else. Following further phone calls I managed to speak with Charlie Power on 10/11 who said he would need to check the details. I expressed my frustration and dissatisfaction and he asked me to do him the “courtesy” of giving him until end of the following Tuesday (13/11) to investigate and respond. The end of another week and Charlie hasn't had the courtesy to call me back. According to the website the Beadles mission statement is; “To continually exceed our customers expectations".

I had an excellent experience from the garage when I bought my discovery from the Beadles Sidcup Landrover garage. Great customer service and good follow up from after sales team. You are always make welcome when at the garage.

Stay well clear of Beadles Land Rover in Sidcup. I would not recommend using this dealership will take your money and then avoid you completely.

I bought a new car from Beadles Sidcup in September 2018. I told the salesman Alex that the only reason I was giving up my car ( Audi Q5) was to get an Automatic car with an automatic tailgate. My husband suffers with gout so he couldn’t drive the manual car anymore or open the tailgate on his bad days!I got the Evoque, auto but the tailgate is manual! When I later pointed it out to the salesman he said he thought I had read all the vehicle specifications on the paperwork! I paid for the In-apps, he showed me the link on my phone but the Media In-App was never built! Can’t wait to get rid of it now!
Keep well clear of Beadles Land Rover Sidcup the treatment you get when things go wrong is disgusting take your money else where. There are far better Land Rover dealers out there.

Went into Beadles Service with problem of front under bumper panel of my Discovery 4 dropping down. Charlie was very helpful and came out to look. He quickly diagnosed the problem and told me what part to order. He said when it comes in they would fit it free of any labour charge. The part came in the next day and was fitted within 10 minutes with no fuss. Charlie was courteous and his approach and very helpful. I even got a free cup of coffee. Brilliant.

The first 2 years the service was quite good then it got progressively worse. .. having to wait 3-4 week for an appointment. . Also booked appointment not found on the system. .. 2 weeks after end of warranty the apparent fault just keep coming up... Brakes needs replacing but yet 3 month later brakes still working, Was thinking of get another new car from Beadles Sidcup but will now look elsewhere. ..
When we initially went to Beadles Land Rover in Sidcup they were very professional and helpful then as we came back again and again this service then became a let down. Every single time my car has had to go in for something I have left with another problem that they have caused. When speaking to the staff and the even the manager they will NOT accept fault and deny that it was caused by them. How can a problem that was never there when we dropped the car come to surface once the car has left this dealership? I then get told 'we will do it as a favour and get this fixed for you' - how is this dealership doing me a favour when they keep causing the problems? This is their way of not accepting blame and getting it rectified. By a number of staff I have been told we are doing you a favour, I am sick of hearing this and will never come back to this dealership and do not advise anyone else to either, you will only leave with more problems!
