Highly responsive, helpful and very polite is how I would describe Gary at Beckside 4x4. The Merc is brilliant I am very happy with the choice I made, I really enjoy driving it. Gosh I don't know where to start! The car, the service, the entire process... All 5 stars. I bought a Mini and it is absolutely fantastic and the service from the sales man was fantastic, everything were very straight forward, not pushy, great communication throughout, I would have no reason not to rate them five stars. Beckside 4x4 were absolutely brilliant, there was no trouble what so ever. Gary was really good when I first came down to look at the Range Rover Sport and took it for a test drive, there was a few little bits and pieces that needed to be sorted out and they were all done when I went to collect the vehicle and the handover was really smooth, there was also a slight issue a few days after I purchased the vehicle but when I called Gary to make him aware of this he was on the ball to get this put right for me and I have not had any issues since. I love how this dealership take ownership of any small issues and are happy to resolve them. I would shout from the roof tops about this dealership and I would certainly use them again.
