I took my daughter down to Beckside for her next car and we were both really pleased with the customer service. The team were polite and easy to talk to. We got a cracking Vitara from them and almost a month into owning it my daughter has run into no issues. We both agree that we would happily return to Beckside for another car.

The gentleman I dealt with at Beckside was very nice while I was buying my Evoque. He looked after me throughout the whole process and there is nothing more I can think of that could have been done to improve my experience. From me it will have to be five stars.

I have been trying to leave a review for Beckside for a little while but haven't had much luck with me not being the best on computers. I wasn't to let the team know how pleased I am with the service I got. I was able to book an appointment time that suited me and when I arrived they were helpful from the get go. I was handed the keys and allowed to view the car in my own time, I really like that there was no pushiness and the decision I made was my own. I saw them show other customers the same curtsey so I know this wasn't just a one off this is how they conduct themselves on a daily basis. I love my Range Rover it is a beautiful car and I have had no problems at all. There isn't a thing I would change about the experience.

Lovely, friendly chaps down at Beckside 4x4 Centre. I didn't encounter a single problem while I was buying my insignia from them, the whole process was really easy to be honest and I was on the way in my new car in no time at all. I would happily recommend this dealer!

I bought a Nissan Navara for myself from Beckside about a month or so a go and I have to say it is a cracking vehicle. The extra space that the Navara has provided has come in real handy when I need it for work. The lads down at Beckside are a pleasure to deal with, they are knowledgeable about the vehicles they have in stock and their knowledge came in good use when I was making my decision. I would happily return.

We found a Land Rover for sale at Beckside 4x4 that ticked all the boxes, so we made the purchase remotely and had it delivered. The delivery was spot on and the driver was a great chap. Lovely to talk to and showed us what's what on the car. We are really happy with the purchase, no complaints from us.

Amazing customer service from everybody we spoke to. The showroom is nice and tidy and everything ran like clockwork. The car was ready for me to take for a test drive and it drove beautifully. I snapped up the deal and off I went in my new car. I love it and cant fault Beckside at all. Nice one guys.
