I bought a Vauxhall Insignia from here back in May. The car has had many issues including the turbo which was causing the car to go into limp mode. The dealer was very reluctant to sort and was also very rude, how ever he did eventually fix it once we mentioned trading standards. The car was also advertised with MOT and that it was a 4x4 which were both incorrect. Now that the car has been sorted it runs fine and I am happy with it but the service was poor so I will not be recommending this dealership.

I had a few issues with the car. There were noises coming from a rear wheel so they offered to fix it if I took the car back but this was too far for me to drive back just for them to have a look at it so they said I could take the car to a local garage, have them fix it and then they would contact the dealer to arrange payment so I did but then they said the cost from the garage was too high (100 something pounds) and they didn't trust it so instead they payed for my petrol to return the car to them and in the end they gave me a new car. So overall I am happy with the outcome and the service so I think i would recommend them.
