I found the service I received from Bedford Car Centre exceptional, they were very friendly, and went out of there way to ensure my purchase of my Audi TT, went as smoothly as possible. I will most certainly recommend them to friends and family and will buy from again.
Purchased my Land rover from these guys, great service, placed my deposit and then had an emergency where as i couldn't pay the rest ! No problem the guys from BFC said we will wait, and wait they did for a whole month and no pressure. The Landy is fabulous and i can't state how great the team from Bedford car centre are.

Purchased a Ford Focus from this dealership and everything was top notch! i understood it to be a small family run business but the salesman possessed an incredible level of expertise when he showed me around and talked through what he thought would be suitable for my requirements. The car runs immaculately and I would recommend this dealership.
I bought a Vauxhall Insignia from here back in May. The car has had many issues including the turbo which was causing the car to go into limp mode. The dealer was very reluctant to sort and was also very rude, how ever he did eventually fix it once we mentioned trading standards. The car was also advertised with MOT and that it was a 4x4 which were both incorrect. Now that the car has been sorted it runs fine and I am happy with it but the service was poor so I will not be recommending this dealership.

I had a few issues with the car. There were noises coming from a rear wheel so they offered to fix it if I took the car back but this was too far for me to drive back just for them to have a look at it so they said I could take the car to a local garage, have them fix it and then they would contact the dealer to arrange payment so I did but then they said the cost from the garage was too high (100 something pounds) and they didn't trust it so instead they payed for my petrol to return the car to them and in the end they gave me a new car. So overall I am happy with the outcome and the service so I think i would recommend them.
