Left a £100 deposit on a car was then told there was a fault with the car so we couldn’t have it I’m now in the process of trying to get the deposit back which they keep telling me it’s been sent but I’ve had nothing back I’ve seen other reviews with the same issue DO NOT USE THIS DODGY DEALER
Bought car recently for £15000 had afew issue with after afew weekend thanks god have witness and proof ..really rude people inside customer service vad and they are really rude ..the issue I have with car can be fix easy but they just didn’t want fix it ..all lier staff inside if you bought any car from this dealer please take evidence as video or pictures…I report it to trade standard ..it’s dodgy really ..don’t waste your money on this dealer
I bought the car a few months ago and there was a few issues with the car. The people working for the company are extremely rude and unhelpful. They would not fix the car or even look at it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Its daylight robbery.

Bought a car for 16 grand. They lied all faults on check list we got with it are fixed. Nothing was fixed! It's like 1500£ extra!!! Liars! After many phone calls they fixed some but still what's the most expensive is not done! I would never purchased from them! Be aware. Believe me, you don't want to waste your money purchasing from them.

On feb 2020 I drove away this vehicle on the basis that I will get the car checked further by third party to see all is ok. Next day took it to kwickfit and they informed me that there is one runflat on the car rest are normal. Which invalidates insurance if on the road. The break pads were completely worn off and break sensors were cut!!!the ABS light came on and the unit failed! Had to get that changed.Contacted BCM just didn’t want to know sent emails and no reply Further on got a appointment with BMW body shop in Hitchin and they have a given a damning Report this car has fillers on 2 door panels and front and back bumper poorly re sprayed. They have put on the report the car had suffered extensive damage. But not recorded. I have contacted BCM and again not interested. I’m left out of pocket and cheated. Currently in September 2020 the company taken to court and I hope justice will prevail.

This isnt a review from competitors. ! stay away. simply don't bother . they dont care about customers once car is out their warehouse charge extra for driveaway insurance which cost a third of the price they charge, over priced auction cars on last legs they dont give a full check.had numberous arguments with manager and they deal with problems as they occur. always trying to cut corners brought the vehicle back to them on 3 occasions and the drive belt keeps snapping 6 months later never had the car running for a month straight companys avoiding me now i got to take matter to court.
Sold me a cat C bmw without telling me and when i Received the logbook they chose to do nothing about it and told me to stop wasting their time stay away
I had contacted Bedfordshire Car Market days in advance to let them know I was coming to pick up my car. When I arrived there was no diesel in the vehicle- they sent staff out for a can of Diesel ... he never came back. I asked in advance if the car had been painted? I was told maybe a small touch up for scratches. When polishing my car at home I realised the car has had a respiratory. The wheels had been swapped from the original listing and were now a dull grey and two of the tyres are on the legal limit. When I was half way on my 370 mile drive home the drivers light warning came up on the dashboard!! It turned out that I needed to replace the beam angle module at cost to myself... when I went to replace the module there wasn’t even one in the car!!! I should have walked away. I paid 10k for this car and I am worried there are more skeletons in the cupboard that I am yet to discover. Do yourself a favour - AVOID!!!

Bedfordshire Car Market sold me a car with illegal tyres and lots of faults. Court ordered them to pay me for costs of repairs I had done to make the car safe. They will not call me, have not paid and ignore emails. Rude and defensive company!!
