Had a lovely experience at this dealership, I was recommended Bedmond Car Centre by a Friend who also purchased there to pay them a visit. I could not be more happier with my new car.

Seen some mixed reviews on here but can only speak about the sales guy Martin. From start to finish Martin has been outstanding in how he has dealt with purchasing my daughters first car. If I were to go back to Bedmond Motor Centre it would be due to him. Whoever owns the place should keep hold of him as he has a really good manner. I think some of these reviews must have been referring to the other bloke.

Having made an appointment to see and test drive a car 24 hours earlier, i had to wait 15mins to be seen by anybody at Bedmond Motor Centre only to be told that the car had been sold. I think that a phone call to let me know that the car had been sold would have saved me the time and effort to go to the garage which incedently has no customer parking. Customer service is not a priority of this company, so my advice would be to go elsewhere.

Recently bought a car from Bedmond Motor Centre and realised the locking wheel nut key was missing. When I called to ask them for help to replace this they said "You can't prove we sold you the car without a key"

My vehicle purchased from Bedmond Motor Centre who were excellent almost two years ago has been excellent. I 've just had it serviced for the second time and they really know what service means in both the technical and human variety. Also had my last two MOTs here with excellent results. A first class motor centre with very competitive prices. I would certainly recommend this place and it's cheerful staff.

Very happy with our experience buying Citroen C4 Picasso. Competitive prices, no hard sell and excellent service. Rare to find car dealers this trustworthy. We had a chat about some of the other views here and clear Bedmond acted entirely reasonably.

I am currently in a legal battle with Bedmond Motors, they have refused to honour their legal obligations to either refund the faulty car under the 30 day right to reject law or to repair the car under their 3 month warranty. WOULD NOT USE THIS GARAGE !
