Just been into the garage to look at a car to buy started talking about we might look at part ex our current car when we said no he was not interested in us even looking at the car and snatched the keys from me. Not great customer service when trying to buy a car.
I Purchased a Golf from this dealership back in August. When I went to collect it the dealer seemed very uninterested and just handed me the keys and that was that. The dealer didn't offer any kind of warranty or show me around the car. I would never go back to this dealership or recommend them.

I purchased an Audi A1 in July from this dealership. The car was clean but there a couple of things wrong with it that were not mentioned. I have reported these issues to the dealership and they have said they will have a look at it but the dealership is too far for me to travel without taking a day off work. They have been okay overall.

I bought a Mercedes from here back in July and I have had no issues with it at all and the dealers have been really good. Helpful and knowledgeable. The car is good value for money and runs really well and I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I bought a Audi A1 from this dealership in June. The car was really clean and in good condition and the sales team were very helpful. The only issue with the car is that the drill had been drilled on but the dealership sorted this out. The car was good value for money and I am happy with it. I would recommend Beech Garage.

They are up in Liverpool and I am a good distance away from this car dealership. They said there was no damage on the car but it was in an accident I suspect. The car wasn't checked properly before the sale and we didn’t have the chance to do this due to the distance away it was. The car has cost us an additional 700 pounds to fix. We slowly noticed lots of problems the longer we had it and its too far to take to Liverpool to bring it back for repairs.

I had been looking for a reasonably priced Vauxhall Insignia for some and searched far and wide for the right one. I was delighted to find one at this dealer which is only a mile or so away from my home address. Steve the owner was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and the sale went through very quickly and smoothly. I would recommend this salesroom highly if you are looking for a reasonably priced and good quality vehicle, with a professional and friendly service.
