No problems when buying the car, unfortunately it broke down within the first 5 months and needed a new ECU. Then the customer service was non existent, no help offered, no support, fobbed off, no contact for the owner, lies given. Only when threatened with legal action and on the advice of consumer rights using recorded letters did I get a response by which time I had already had to take the car elsewhere. Dishonest company and I would warn others not to

The customer was out of his warranty period ,we still paid for the part but the customer still was not happy .What more could we do
I'd recommend Beech Motor Company to anybody, this is the third car I've had off them and each one has been better than the last. Andrew has never let us down with any repairs and he's always on the end of the phone if you need him.
