Bought a car from here at a few weeks ago and staff were helpful but not pushy. We were treated courteously. We test drove the car, and although they normally like to let people do this alone, they were happy to provide a member of staff to be in the vehicle with us to help direct us onto suitable roads for the test drive. This is and feels like a family run business and I would be happy to use them again.

I have just recently purchased a Nissan qashqai from Parkside direct and hand on heart I can say the whole experience has been great. The guys were very knowledgeable with regards to my queries I had and helped me find the right car for me and my family. They were not pushy with the sale and made me feel very relaxed and welcomed. The after care team have also been great, when I purchased the car there was a slight issue with the gear selector which I was fully aware of, they agreed a time to fix the problem at no extra cost and provided me with a courtesy car while the selector was fixed. Once done they valeted my car and returned it with no further issues. Great guys and I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to purchase a car from them, very honest and genuine people.

I called Parkside this morning (08/12/2016) to discuss the possibility of getting one of my customers (finance provider) into one of their cars; I dealt with Adam. Having never dealt with each other before, I found Adam extremely welcoming & knowledgeable. Every question I had, he answered. Everything I needed, I was provided. My customer attended the garage where they undertook a test drive in the vehicle & were absolutely ecstatic with it; it was exactly how it was described on the Auto Trader advert. The customer ended up purchasing the vehicle for an absolutely fair value & is very very happy. This has been a seamless transaction from start to finish & it was a pleasure to do business with them. After finding a car on their website, I've paid a £100 deposit over the phone.The man on the phone said that the car is 100% good. Off I went, all the way from London to Bolton to pick it up.I have even done the finance application the night before, so there wasn't much room for any surprises. What a big mistake! The car was a disaster! Interior ripped and worn out, engine covered in engine oil, oily handprints all over it.Mileage was allegedly about 83000! I personally very much doubt it. Both, front and rear bumpers resprayed badly. There were traces off overspray on the headlights, tail lights. I could probably carry on forever, as the £14750 car must be one of the worst one could ever see. The £100 pounds deposit that I have paid, I can probably kiss goodbye. At the time when I went to see the car, they said that it will be returned to me within max 3-4 days.That was a week and a half ago. However, my loss. But the least I can do is to advise anyone who is out there looking for a car to buy, to stay away from this people! They are waste of time and money!

we were impressed from the start of the sale with a real genuine member of staff apologising the car wasnt there jezz offered tea coffee. the car arrived looked stunning the prep work is first class the car was in fantastic condition . all in all the whole team at parkside direct are going the extra mile to make customers happy thanks guys look forward to buying from you again would recommend to anyone .

Dealt with this company twice now I bought a Mazda MPS and today I bought a Audi Q7 both deals were easy and pleasant really comfortable place to buy a car , very friendly people the owner Adam seems a real genuine guy and he lads really nice too Would recommend this company to anyone , first class professional quality service , thanks lads!

Having paid 10600 pounds for a 10 plate audi a6, I had the car 2 days before it developed an eml light fault which was repaired promptly, a few days later It went back for a water leak which was looked at but not cured, then the car developed a blinking headlamp issue, carefull examination of the car I found that it had been repaired with evidence of new paint and bodyfiller there were a couple of other small issues as well but the straw that broke the camels back was when I got the log book back and tell name of the last owner differed from that on the log book I was given a copy of and I found after a little investigating that it had belonged to a car rental company luckily I obtained a refund but I would check any prospective purchase very carefully

Dealt with Adam found him very polite and very helpful, brought a 12 plate White Ford Galaxy it was in A1 condition and he sold it to me on first view, had a problem with the brakes when collected when I rang Adam he said no problem and did everything to help, but I must say there was no fault found in the end but they did offer to pay for discs and pads, will 1000 percent recommend the team and I must say the guy I dealt with at the start was very helpful and he gave me no pressure at all to buy there and then love this in a salesman keep up the good work guys.

For many months I spent time money and effort travelling up and down the UK looking at cars and spent a lot of time test driving them, only to be disappointed. Until I came across Parkside Direct, they not only had the car I wanted they went that extra mile to also compare various Car Search sites with me, without asking, proving to me my lovely motor was everything I wanted in: Price, Condition, Mileage and above all Service. After seeing a car on eBay that I liked I contacted Parkside who got straight back to me. I spoke with Adam, and told him my situation that I live in Nottingham, but if the car was as described I would give him the benefit of the doubt and put a deposit down on good faith. I caught a train, after he managed to put a fresh MOT on it the same day, and we concluded our business. I drove home, and was very happy. A couple of days later I noticed the dynamic seats were not working correctly, so I contacted Adam who said, take it to a specialist and we will pick up the bill. Then a couple of days later, the car squirted oil all over the engine! Again spoke to Adam who said dont worry we will ensure it gets fixed. True to his word, I left the car with the specialist and all the issues were resolved quickly and at no cost to me. I can honestly say, this is the best after sales service I have ever had from a car dealer - more people should take a leaf out of this book, on how to run a successful customer focused business. I would highly recommend Parkside, good, hardworking and honest people.
