I was looking for a mint Volvo xc40 for several months as I’m very particular and wanted a certain spec and colour, I found Belgrave motors on the auto trader website advertising just what I was looking for, I have to say car sales people from past experiences from main dealers really have put me off from the car buying experience but buying from Belgrave motors really has opened my eyes as to how a pleasurable experience buying a car should be, Liam the sales guy was very professional and knowledgeable with a friendly attitude, I was given a fair price for my part exchange and we did the deal in under a hour, all in all I would recommend these guys for sure and will buy from them again in the future. Would highly recommend.

Firstly, I am delighted with the car I bought from Belgrave Motor Company. Their asking price for the car I was interested in was very competitive and they offered me the correct going rate for my trade-in. The negotiations, resulting agreement and sales process was friendly, straightforward, painless and professional. Accordingly, a mutually suitable collection date was arranged. On collecting what is a prestigious sports car I was slightly disappointed to see that the fuel light was on necessitating a short drive to the nearest filling station. Not a great problem but something I’ve only previously experienced at the lower budget end of dealerships. Once fuelled-up and heading out of Sheffield the tyre warning system illuminated to warn me of low tyre pressure. Consequently, I then had to pull into the nearest services and pay to inflate all four underinflated tyres in pouring rain. To redress the balance the car drove beautifully and faultlessly throughout my 100-mile drive home. Included in the car’s history is an impressive multi-point check performed by Vertu JLR back in April when the tyre pressures were then found to be correct but it seems no-one thought to check them since. So overall the car is superb and sales process is polished but the evident lack of appropriate pre-delivery checks means I cannot award five stars. Low fuel is a minor inconvenience but underinflated tyres is a safety concern.

Went to have a look a different car and Steve was very helpful. The process was very smooth and hassle free thankfully to both Steve and Jody. They are brilliant assets to the company. First time buying from Belgrave and will do it again.
