Based on my experience with Belgrave Motors, I’d recommend zero stars if that were possible. They lied and tried to pressure me into purchasing a car which I had paid the £250 fee to reserve. The salesman lied about the service history and the car was missing previous MOT certificates and had no invoices of any previous services or work carried out. The car was also missing brake service stamp and the most recent service was carried out by a non-specialist / non main dealer garage – but with no evidence to support what work was carried out. The car in question is a high-performance sports car, so I’d expect the paperwork & service history to be spot on for the £41K purchase price. I had travelled over 130 miles to see the car, based on the lies which were told to me over the telephone. It then took another 45mins before I was refunded the £250 reservation fee by the owner who was clearly upset and has anger management issues before finally insulting me. DO NOT PAY THE £250 RESERVE FEE – Belgrave Motors will try everything to get you to part with more money to purchase the car.

I visited Belgrave Motor Company 9 weeks ago. I told the salesman, Jordan, that" I was at the very early stages" of looking for a Range Rover Sport. Jordan showed me a couple of cars, one of which had a flat battery and took 10-15 minutes to start which was no problem although I was running out of time and had to leave. I said I would return but left no specific timescale. At the time I did not realise that an imminent return would be such a problem. This week I revisited Belgrave and was made to feel quite uneasy by the comment" oh you have decided to come back then", even though I was being attended by somebody different. I looked at the same car again, which took 15 -20 minutes to start with the same flat battery issue, but that happens! I received a couple of personal calls which resulted in me having to leave earlier than planned.I was the accused of being a time waster following a conversation between 2 salesmen after my previous visit. The salesman used going to look for a business card as an excuse for what was obviously a discussion about my custom. I had discussed viewing an alternative car which the salesman did not want to happen and from that point I felt that my customer experience had been compromised. I am not a time waster as the salesman described that" they come across all the time", and have bought an alternative car today. All in all a very poor, one approach, experience.
I bought a Range Rover Sport from Belgrave motors. It was exactly as described in the advert ,mint condition as were all the cars on display in the showroom and what a selection they had. Salesman Ryan was excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. I would definitely buy from these guys in the future. Thanks Belgrave Motors , love the car .

DO NOT ENTERTAIN THE BELGRAVE MOTOR COMPANY. We were told upon our initial contact that us being in Kent and Belgrave Motors being in Sheffield wouldn't be an issue as they deliver cars all over the UK, We were also promised virtually new tyres on a brand new set of Range Rover rims. After the promises we decided to travel over 200 miles to look at the car where all of a sudden things started to change, now apparently they charge to deliver the car and 3 out of the 4 tyres were approximately 50% worn, also the brake disk on the car were warn to excess which was confirmed by Land Rover. It seems up to the point of deposit they were brilliant however after deposit instead of taking an hour or two to reply its a couple of days and that's after chasing to even get a response. We are now fighting to get our £1000 deposit back which was handed over in good faith however they are completely avoiding this point in every email for 4 days now and we are going to have to take legal action to get our deposit back. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. They give you everything you want to hear and as you get deeper in the deal agreements start changing and the less interested they have been.
