Today I visited VIP45/Bella Cars to test drive a car I had seen on Autotrader. Prior to my visit we had already done quite a bit of back and forth on WhatsApp and before visiting they asked I did a part exchange valuation on my car via WhatsApp which I was happy to do and we mutually agreed on a part x price. I took the time before visiting to clean my car and thoroughly checked it over as I arrived in the run down garage forecourt The car I had booked to test drive had not seen a jet wash in a long while which made it quite difficult to fully inspect the car. Most of the cars looked the same in all honesty. We went off to do a test drive and then as we returned (Narindar I believe) did a once over of my part exchange car, to my surprise there was a HUGE and new KEY scratch down the side of my car which wasn’t there as we left to do the test drive. I had checked over the car in the forecourt to make sure it was presentable to get the best part x offer The motif for why they would vandalise my car is unclear, I can only assume 1 - Reduce the part exchange valuation of my car? 2 - Try to force me into a quick sale by making me feel like they are doing me a favour taking a scratched/vandalised car off my hands? 3 - Make it more difficult and costly for me to go elsewhere on my search for a new car? Whatever the reason, its absolutely disgusting behaviour from the garage and shows just how unprofessional these guys are. For anyone thinking of making a long (or even short) trip to see a car here, I highly suggest you save your time, and money and go elsewhere. Would a reputable dealers salesman urinate down the side of their run down sales cabin in front of customers? Highly unlikely!! One of the worst garages I have ever visited. Appalling! STAY AWAY!

Bought a bmw x6 off these guys and didn’t go and view the car because of the distance( my fault) and had it delivered at my cost. Car was pretty much as described apart from a bald tyre and a few other service things which I was a bit suprised at when spending £15k, I haven’t bothered contacting them after reading the reviews just taking it on the chin!! Just be careful that’s all I’m saying

My boyfriend purchased a BMW 1 Series from this garage, sweet talked into he bought the car which was worth £7500 apparently had full service and MOT 2 weeks after purchasing the car the oil levels was low, so more oil had to be added which shouldn’t happen after a full service right? 2 months into having the car the car completely cut out, took to a garage being told the timing chain had completely snapped… I’m no mechanic but does this not get checked on MOT? Rang the dealership and told complete and utter bullshit “BMW don’t have belts they have chains” and “chains don’t snap the stretch” I’ve made a formal complaint… Save yourself money and go somewhere else. Waste of time

I bought a Range Rover evoque for my partner , 5 months went by then suddenly car wasn’t working , took it into Land Rover £8,300 worth of problems that the garage told me have been long lasting problems , spoke to naridner , was helpful at the start , then turned pathetic , and told me it’s not his problem I have to deal with it when I asked for a swap of vehicles , or compensation on whatever the warranty wouldn’t cover and he told me it’s not his problem. Awful service , awful company , awful owner narinder DO NOT USE BELLA CARS IT WILL COST YOU

Had a great experience with everyone we dealt with at VIP45. James is very knowledgeable and was so patient with our requests and continued to source a car until he found the perfect one, Russel was helpful in recommending this service and both the Delivery and Finance Teams provided great customer service, always providing us with updates on the progress. The car was delivered absolutely spotless and the driver was also a very friendly gentleman with all the information we required upon delivery. So pleased we went with this company and would definitely recommend. Thank you! :)

I bought my Range Rover evoque from James who was amazing start to finish but the car was driven down when I requested it to be delivered down which they had confirmed and also it had a chip in the windscreen and loosened brake pads god knows how! Narinder from after sales was absolutely dreadful to deal with! So rude! He did eventually pay out for these things to be fixed but he has let down the whole exciting experience of buying a new car
