Wonderful service, we are pleased with the vehicle from Belle Vue. Simon down there was decent, a real sound bloke. There was no pressure which was good. You get what you pay for!

Now that everything has been fixed with the Volkswagen, its champion. I was impressed with the communication, anytime I had a question they would respond on WhatsApp. I really couldn’t fault them for that; it was spot on. On top of this, they even stayed behind to get everything sorted for us.

Spot on BMW. The engine light did come on but Belle Vue managed to sort it for me which I appreciated. Customer service was alright but could’ve been better.
