I used car gurus to find my new mini, after using their template to contact belle vue i was contacted directly by belle vue. Every conversation was straight forward and i was called back when i was told which was nice not to be left hanging. The car took a little longer to be ready than i was originally told but this didnt affect the customer service and the explination given was worthy. Collecting the car was super simple just 1 or 2 signatures and i was driving it home within about 30 mins. The man who was dealing with the sale showed me around the car and made sure i was happy with it along with answering some questions i had as i was new to the mini. A few days after i was contacted again to make sure i was getting on okay with it. Using whatsapp to message was really helpful too as phone calls arent always ideal for me. Thank you :)
Well looked after, had a problem with the car soon after buying it and they took it back in and fixed it straightaway.

My car has been amazing since driving away! and everyone at the dealership couldn't have been any more help on the day. Going from my old car to a Mercedes A-Class has been a massive step up, so the guys were really patient with me while I asked all my questions. Not once did I feel rushed and I just found everyone lovely to get along with.

I've had a number of cars over the years but the guys at this dealership have been the best to deal with by far. My Audi A5 has been spot on like and it drives like new. They have some good lads here and all of them were unreal to deal with.

I delt with Simon at Belle Vue Vehicles and he was more then happy to help me find my new vehicle, I went with a Jaguar XE R-Sport that they had in stock, and after a test drive and some looking over the vehicle I went ahead with it. Simon helped arrange everything from parts on the vehicle that needed sorting to doing my finance. I couldn't have been more happy with how the service was there.

Since I've been coming to Belle Vue Vehicles for the past 12 years, I've become close with the guys at the dealership and I'm always happy with the service I receive. My visit went exactly as expected for a well-known dealership. There was no pressure, I was offered a test drive and all of the answers to my questions were detailed. I've done a few miles in my Audi but Ill still keep an eye on things to make sure everything is in order.
