My new Volvo XC60 is great, I am pottering about in it all the time and it is running so nicely. I refused to take it with me on our little holiday to London though as I didn't trust it wouldn't get damaged or nicked. Graeme was brilliant when we bought the car, he really looked after us and offered to pick us up from the train station when we went to collect it. Unfortunately they ended up being short staffed on the day we collected it so we were waiting a while for it to be cleaned although they probably shouldn't have bothered as with living by the sea it just gets filthy so quickly.

We bought a Mini Clubman here last year and the process was so simple that we decided to go back this year when we needed another new car. My husband always does the ground work, narrowing down the search to a few and then takes me along for the final decision. I think he knows if I don't sign off on it he won't hear the end of it 😂 We always end up at Belle Vue though as he says they have canny cars. The team are just champion though. Always have good service from them and can't complain about the experience at all. My husband just can't wait to get his private plates on it now, he is so impatient I am sick of hearing about it.

I am 300 miles away from Belle Vue Vehicles but they just had the perfect Audi A6 for me and it was at a great price so I decided to go for it. With me being so far away, I was a bit worried about making the journey in case it wasn't ready or anything but they were really accommodating and made sure everything was boxed off ready for me when I arrived. The experience I had with them was all positive, even when I had an issue with the rear washer they were happy to reimburse me for the costs to get it repaired as they understood I would rather go to a local garage than make that journey again. The car is so nice too, I have got some new mats for it to make it feel even more special!

When my Mercedes-Benz B-Class got written off I was heartbroken as I really loved that car. It happened the day before we went on holiday too so it was awful timing. We spent half the holiday looking for a replacement but my husband found one at Belle Vue Vehicles so we rang them when we were away and put the deposit down. It was a 4 hour drive from us but I knew I just wanted the same car as I loved it so much so for us it was worth the drive. We went to collect it the same day we got back from our holiday as I just couldn't wait to have a car again even though it meant we had a really long day as we didn't get home until 4am then did the 4 hour drive later the same day. Graeme was very good and was so patient with us as we don't do online banking so he had to wait while we rang round all our different banks to do the transfer but we didn't get any sense of being rushed at all. We definitely got that 5 star treatment so even though it is quite a drive we would definitely come back. My husband has even said he is going to sell his car to get another Mercedes as he loves mine now. It drives better than the one I had before, I am so happy with it. We will be a family of Mercedes at this rate 😂

Graeme gave us a really good experience and that fine quality service the whole time we were at Belle Vue Vehicles. They have even got some work done on the rear doors of our Kia Sportage with no questions asked. It took some time to get it all sorted but they were happy to help all the way through. It is running really well now too.

I bought my Scoda Octavia from Belle Vue Vehicles and it has been great. I've had no problems whatsoever. I definitely got that 5 star service and I am pretty happy with the overall experience.

We've not done a million miles in our Audi Q3 since we bought it, but have really enjoyed driving it when we've managed to go out! The Q3's perfect as it's a brilliant mid sized SUV - It's not overly huge but still gives us more than enough space for what we need. The service received throughout the purchase process was spot on and we couldn't be happier overall.

You can never be too careful when choosing a second-hand car dealership....I've had bad experiences in the past so was determined to be well researched this time around. I'd been looking online for a while before coming across the perfect example Audi A3 advertised by Belle Vue Vehicles. Before enquiring I did my due diligence and discovered rave reviews...I must say, they were even better than I expected which was a welcome surprise! I'd visited a couple of dealerships previously but none came close to Belle Vue. Maz & the team were great & I simply can't find fault with any part of the process.

Super pleased with my new Skoida Octavia - The gents at Belle Vue Vehicles were great and I'm really happy with my choice.
