The experience I have had with this company couldn't have been better, from enquiring about the car to receiving the keys was all over the course of a few days and they even sped up the process for me on a Friday night as I had work all weekend and wouldn't have been able to get there until the following week to collect the car! I then had some banking difficulties and the staff were super helpful and patient whilst we contacted the relevant team. Overall I would rate the experience a 10 out of 10 and would recommend this garage to others. Thank you Belle Vue Vehicles.

Belle Vue Vehicles has a great website that is really easy to use. I was looking for a Renault Kadjar so I started looking online which is when I found them. They had a really good price and they were better than a lot of the other websites I looked at. When I got there all the staff were lovely and really friendly. They were so helpful, everything was great. I am driving it most of the time now and I am really happy with it.

We absolutely love the car and seems so far to be going great! Belle vue were really good tbh, defo give them a solid 9 if not 10 out of 10! Mo originally told us the car would not be ready until the Wednesday (we hoped for the weekend previously) as it needed to be serviced and needed an Mot but he rang us the Saturday morning to our lovely surprise and told us we could collect that afternoon we were over the moon! Car was very clean and tidy and it was smooth and simple to go through all the paperwork etc

I love my cars so this is my 3rd car in 3 years 🤦‍♂️ I am always torn between keeping the car and working on it or just swapping it for a new one but I just loved the BMW 3 Series so decided to just go for a new one and I am really enjoying it so far. Mo was really really good, even before I bought the car he was looking after me and making sure I got everything I needed. He sorted me out with a test drive and all that stuff too. They refurbished the alloys for me and sorted the handbrake too so that was all sorted before I took it away. Typically someone has bumped into it so it has got a scrape at the back now but I am going to sort it myself as, with being young, I don't want to go through the insurance. If I can't no doubt I will be back at Belle Vue for another new car 😂

My Audi A4 is brilliant and I can't fault Belle Vue Vehicles. Mo was sound and got everything sorted that I wanted. I wanted quite a bit done to it but he got it all sorted no quibbles at all. They refurbished the alloys, put 4 new tyres on, did the brakes and even sorted out a dent on the door for me all without any sort of pushback. They were really good. It has just been spot on!

We have had some bad experiences with car dealers in the past so we are always a bit dubious when looking at getting a new car. My wife and I had been looking around for a while when we saw the BMW X4 come up here and we really liked it so we decided to have a look at the reviews before deciding whether to make the trip or not. The reviews all seemed positive so we decided to give it a go. We weren't disappointed as they did live up to what we had read and they were honest and just looked after us well. We took it for a test drive and we were happy with it so we decided to go ahead and buy it. It needed some work doing so they said we could come back and have a look once the work had been done so we could check it out. The only problem was when we went back it hadn't been cleaned yet but they assured us it would be cleaned when we came to take it away. They were true to their word and they had cleaned it, albeit a bit too well as they had to repaint the bonnet after taking some of the lacquer off with the jet wash 🤦‍♂️ Overall though, we had a positive experience and we would use them again if they had something we were looking for.

My new Volvo XC60 is great, I am pottering about in it all the time and it is running so nicely. I refused to take it with me on our little holiday to London though as I didn't trust it wouldn't get damaged or nicked. Graeme was brilliant when we bought the car, he really looked after us and offered to pick us up from the train station when we went to collect it. Unfortunately they ended up being short staffed on the day we collected it so we were waiting a while for it to be cleaned although they probably shouldn't have bothered as with living by the sea it just gets filthy so quickly.

We bought a Mini Clubman here last year and the process was so simple that we decided to go back this year when we needed another new car. My husband always does the ground work, narrowing down the search to a few and then takes me along for the final decision. I think he knows if I don't sign off on it he won't hear the end of it 😂 We always end up at Belle Vue though as he says they have canny cars. The team are just champion though. Always have good service from them and can't complain about the experience at all. My husband just can't wait to get his private plates on it now, he is so impatient I am sick of hearing about it.

I am 300 miles away from Belle Vue Vehicles but they just had the perfect Audi A6 for me and it was at a great price so I decided to go for it. With me being so far away, I was a bit worried about making the journey in case it wasn't ready or anything but they were really accommodating and made sure everything was boxed off ready for me when I arrived. The experience I had with them was all positive, even when I had an issue with the rear washer they were happy to reimburse me for the costs to get it repaired as they understood I would rather go to a local garage than make that journey again. The car is so nice too, I have got some new mats for it to make it feel even more special!

When my Mercedes-Benz B-Class got written off I was heartbroken as I really loved that car. It happened the day before we went on holiday too so it was awful timing. We spent half the holiday looking for a replacement but my husband found one at Belle Vue Vehicles so we rang them when we were away and put the deposit down. It was a 4 hour drive from us but I knew I just wanted the same car as I loved it so much so for us it was worth the drive. We went to collect it the same day we got back from our holiday as I just couldn't wait to have a car again even though it meant we had a really long day as we didn't get home until 4am then did the 4 hour drive later the same day. Graeme was very good and was so patient with us as we don't do online banking so he had to wait while we rang round all our different banks to do the transfer but we didn't get any sense of being rushed at all. We definitely got that 5 star treatment so even though it is quite a drive we would definitely come back. My husband has even said he is going to sell his car to get another Mercedes as he loves mine now. It drives better than the one I had before, I am so happy with it. We will be a family of Mercedes at this rate 😂
