Since I've been coming to Belle Vue Vehicles for the past 12 years, I've become close with the guys at the dealership and I'm always happy with the service I receive. My recent purchase was the Porsche Macan, which I've been getting along very well with. Happy to always give this dealership 5 stars.

So far so good with my BMW X3. No issues to report at the moment.

My visit went exactly as expected for a well-known dealership. There was no pressure, I was offered a test drive and all of the answers to my questions were detailed. I've done a few miles in my Audi but Ill still keep an eye on things to make sure everything is in order.

The only word I can use to describe my car buying experience/ car is spot on. Happy to give 5* for all of the guys efforts.

For the time I've had my Mercedes A-Class it's been a cracking car and running well. It's my daily car so I'm confident that if something was going to go wrong it probably would have by now. There was a small issue with the car at the start of the sale but these were quickly sorted and hasn't been an issue since. I can't remember the gents name who sold me the car but he was professional and polite throughout.

This is the second car I got from Belle Vue Vehicles and I actually ended up part exchanging in my first car I got from here before. I think Simon offered me a fair price for it given its age, he also made everything super easy to go from my old car to my new one. I come away with a great car with a fresh MOT, it gives me one less thing to think about.

Simon you were brilliant! I saw the Mercedes GLA online and it looked amazing, that's when I made the trip to see it. Once I arrived and mentioned what car I came to see, Simon was happy to show me to it and around the car. He really went into great detail about the GLA. Leaving me with no surprise when I drove away in it. I've loved the car ever since!

I'd happily recommend Belle Vue Vehicles to people I know. This is the first time I visited the dealership, and I'd use them again for sure. Everything went according to plan, there weren't any delays and I always knew where I stood. I've driven my A-class every day since and it's been class.

4 weeks on, and everything seems fine. The lights on the dash keep going off, but after some research, I think the car could be going into stealth mode but I will read the manual to confirm. Simon was really good and I've already told people how great he was. He offered me a test drive and answered all of my questions on the spot, without hesitation. Mechanically, the car seems to be running okay. Definitely 5*!

It was 100% worth the trip up from Oxford. I arrived at the dealership, everyone was really welcoming and once I mentioned I came to see the 3 Series, they showed me to the car and left me to it. The overall customer service was just perfect. I'm very happy with my car.
