The guys at the dealership have been champions. Mo was very polite which is exactly what you want from a dealership. I look forward to popping back in when my car is ready for a service or MOT.

I've got no complaints about my Ford Focus, it's been a brilliant car. I'm just waiting for my V5 for everything to be perfect.

Can't fault the service Mo provided on the day. He was an easy going lad, and he made the whole process very easy from enquiry to handover. There wasn't any sort of pressure and I drove away in a great car that's running well.

It is the aftersales service which has really shone from Belle Vue Vehicles, we had a couple of small issues with the Volkswagen Golf but Mo has always been on hand to help and they've been resolved very quickly with minimal disruption. We found the car online via Car Gurus and we're glad that we came across this dealership as they're very good. My wife drives the car and it's been great.

The communication during the sale was excellent. It was worth travelling from Scotland as the Range Rover Sport was such great value. I received accurate instructions from the owner on how to get to the dealership by train. Belle Vue Vehicles is only a short walk from Palmersville station and I found it no bother. When I arrived he was waiting for me and I was in and out in no time. 100% recommended.

The entire sale was conducted remotely. I found the Audi A6 online and as we are three hours away we selected to have it delivered to our door. There was a considerable amount of communication between myself and Mo and he always got back to us as requested. There was preparation work required in the form of a dent removal, brake pad replacement and service but these were all carried out as promised. They even refurbished the wheels and I was more than happy with the condition for a vehicle of this age.

I've been looking for a Fiesta ST for a while and had almost given up after driving a few poor examples and dealing with unhelpful dealerships but I'm glad I persevered and found Belle Vue Vehicles. I found the car on AutoTrader and it was really well priced for the mileage, luckily it was quite close to me so I decided to test drive. They car accurately matched the online description and the experience in the showroom was great, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Reay was brilliant, I was always kept up to date and the progress of purchasing my BMW 1 series was swift. It really helped that Reay told me his days off, it's a small detail but it saved me a lot of time when communicating and is a thing that more businesses should do. The car itself has been fine, I've had no problems.

The Land Rover Discovery I bought from Bell Vue Vehicles has been a really nice, comfortable car. I managed to have a long run out in it last weekend and it is surprisingly economical. I originally enquired on a similar car locally but felt that the sales agent wouldn't give me a straight answer and got quite confrontational when I pointed this out. Mo at Belle Vue was a breath of fresh air! He offered a test drive although I didn't need one and had some slight remedial work done to the car before collection as promised. I have had a common Land Rover fault occur since I took collection but it has already been booked in to the main dealer under warranty. I chose to purchase the additional warranty for the peace of mind on a car like this, and I'm glad I did as it's been easy to claim.

My Volkswagen Tiguan is running perfectly since I took delivery. It took around a week for my car to be ready from purchase to collection as it needed an MOT etc. Mo looked after the sale and was easy to deal with.
