Cannot fault the service and attention to detail this garage provided from the point of walking into the showroom through to final purchase of my Alpha. I’m astounded to see any negative comments as I did experience an issue after purchasing my vehicle which I’ll add was not Chris or the garages fault but was dealt with very swiftly to my complete satisfaction. I have personally recommended friends and acquaintances to this garage with some making purchases and never having any problems or issues whatsoever!

Unfortunately my experience with Bells garage hasn't been good. Took my car in for an ongoing issue I have had with the engine, and asked them to just give me a quote. He then went ahead with the work and charged me £609 for new parts. I'm now taking this to citizens advice

Hi Liz,we don't have any ongoing outstanding issues,as we provide a 6 MONTHS COMPREHENSIVE AA WARRANTY,UK COVER,any issues are resolved swiftly and professionally through the AA and have been over many years of trading,93 years to be exact .Furthermore if you feel you have an issue I don't understand why you are not displaying your full name, vehicle registration and the nature of your ALLEGED ISSUE on here for the public to see and to give me the opportunity to contact you to resolve thut for you.

Going by some of your other reviews, I would say you do have other issues. You must known that lying as a business owner on a public space is a bad move Chris. I will be popping inti your showroom with my husband to sort this out as you are taking soooooo long to sort my situation out.

To the 5 star review saying you don't understand how anyone could leave a bad review, well I'm the same and don't understand how anyone could leave a 5 star. Worst shopping experience of my life with Bells garage. I wish I never stepped foot in his garage. I've been so upset by him I wouldn't shed a tear if he went out of business.
Bought a Ford of Bells garage and it had a major engine fault within 8 weeks and Chris tried saying it's upto me to put it right. The law states that if the car has been missold (which it has) within 6months I'm in titled to a free repair or replacement or a refund.

I'm the proprietor of Bell's garage,having checked our records we have no record of an outstanding issue or complaint.We've been trading over 90 years,I would say that speaks volumes .We can only assume this is a mistaken identity review.

Why would I put my reg on the website for everyone to see. Also Chris your AA cover doesn't void what the law states, which is 6 months warranty for any issues that come up within 6 months that weren't described when the car was purchased. You have one chance to fix the issue or I'm allowed a refund. I'm shocked you don't understand the law on the products your selling.

Chris can you explain why you think your AA cover voids the consumers rights act 2015?
I have had my Ford Focus for a while now and it's been perfect! It was lovely and clean and in great condition and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. The dealers gave me a good price for my old car and were really helpful and friendly. I would recommend Bells Garage!

Went here for a car at the end of April. The service was really good can't fault them. The car was good value for money and it was clean and as described. Would recommend Bells Garage, had no problems with them what so ever.

It was only by off chance we found our car at bells garage, we were on holiday and it was across the road from where we were staying. The man at the dealership was very nice, he helped us sort everything out that afternoon and held the car on the lot until we were ready to drive it home.
