I have only really driven Fords in the past so my new BMW is a nice jump up, especially with it being M Sport. It's really, REALLY nice! It drives so well, feels more premium and of such a higher build quality than my old cars, I am over the moon with it. Chris made the purchase straight forward and was very easy to deal with, couldn't be happier with everything.

I feel really happy to have dealt with Chris from Bells Garage, he is very good at what he does and very reassuring in his sales approach, it never felt pressured or pushy, I was very well informed on my choices and most importantly the car is great. It is really smooth to drive and comfortable over long journeys. It's very different to my old car but didn't take me long to settle in. I am very pleased.

I would've liked to have picked the car up earlier than I did but I understood that they wanted me to be in receipt of the car in the best order possible as there were a couple of things that needed sorting like tires and engine management light. I know Chris from a past life when I was a chauffeur for the head of British gas, he was a gentlemen back then and I can see his attitude to life is unwavering. I am unfortunately going to have to give the car up, I bought the car for my wife and her health is beginning to deteriorate. I feel awful as Chris was messed around quite a bit by us in the beginning, I was keep to buy the car originally and when it was delivered I realized it was the 4 door version, we returned the car and Chris then managed to find us a 2 door which was in the colour we wanted. I love the car and so does my wife, it's a beautiful machine and a really shame for it to be sat around not being used. Chris has always been very straight forward, very professional and an excellent person to deal with, he has not changed over the years and I like how his staff see to have the same ethos. I am really enjoying my new car, Chris has been a delight to deal with an I am absolutely blown away with how much a small garage punches above its weight from a customer service perspective. Chris seems to work tirelessly to ensure all his customers needs are met and to a standard they are happy with. I got a Suzuki SX4 as it was perfect for what I need, during the demo, there was an apparent issue which wasn't effecting the cars functionality, something to do with the starter motor which was making a grinding sound when the car is started. I am working with Chris and confident this is going to be resolved. If you are looking for an affordable used car, speak to Chris, he's the man!
