Having lived just a mile away from this dealership for years, I finally decided to pay them a visit when I was in the market for a new car. Walking in with no clear idea of what I wanted, I was fortunate to have Chris as my salesperson. He was incredibly helpful and easy to work with, guiding me to find the perfect car for my needs. My daughter has recently passed her test and we decided to get her 1st car as a treat for all the hard work she has put in, we knew she really liked the Clio's and had a little bit of money saved to the side to help go towards it. Chris was very open with the pricing and took negotiation seriously, there was no take it or leave it attitude and once more, he wasn’t pushy or pressuring us for any decisions. He gave us ample time to consider whether it would be right for us and for my daughter. Not to long after we had the car, we noticed what appeared to be an oil leak, we highlighted this and without hesitation, he asked us to bring the car back and fixed this straight away for us. We had also noticed an issue with the speakers on the way back down to the garage, Chris sorted this straight away for us too. Chris's attitude when it comes to sales, customer satisfaction and after sales care is second to none and I really happy to recommend Bells Garage to anyone looking for a used car in future.

Took my first long drive out in my new Hyundai I10 yesterday, up to Manchester and back for some Christmas shopping, the car did very well, it's really forgiving to drive, smooth through the gears and generally just a nice car. I had a Ford Focus before, the body and engine size difference has taken me a few days to get used to but overall, a nice and quick transition. Chris was approachable and very attentive throughout. I am really happy with the customer service and the experience working with Bells Garage. I will be back for sure!

I have only really driven Fords in the past so my new BMW is a nice jump up, especially with it being M Sport. It's really, REALLY nice! It drives so well, feels more premium and of such a higher build quality than my old cars, I am over the moon with it. Chris made the purchase straight forward and was very easy to deal with, couldn't be happier with everything.

I feel really happy to have dealt with Chris from Bells Garage, he is very good at what he does and very reassuring in his sales approach, it never felt pressured or pushy, I was very well informed on my choices and most importantly the car is great. It is really smooth to drive and comfortable over long journeys. It's very different to my old car but didn't take me long to settle in. I am very pleased.

I would've liked to have picked the car up earlier than I did but I understood that they wanted me to be in receipt of the car in the best order possible as there were a couple of things that needed sorting like tires and engine management light.
